Trust this find you will…
I would like to suggest that there is emphatically a need to extend essential eMails sending capabilities apart from New order, Completed order, on-hold order & cancelled order.
It will be great to have a feature that will provide privileges to the students to receive an eMail notification if (for example):
1. Student started a Course
2. Student completed a Course
3. Student completed a Quiz (with concise scores summary)
It will be awesomely great if this feature suggestion is reviewed and provided in the next updates.

This is the message I receive when I try to gain access to the website from the WordPress admin side.

You don’t have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I do not a web developer nor coder, so I am not familiar with the back end editing process.

Cannot find Forum for WPLMS

I cannot find a forum for WPLMS. I guess the real name is WordPress LMS, but that takes me to Learnpress. When I visit their site I cannot talk to anyone because I have not made a purchase yet. Their chat feature is never connected to anyone. I am starting to believe the comments I have found on the internet that their support is nonexistent. I have questions. I’m pretty inexperienced and I need to know that there will be help when I need it. I have read that it slows your site down, as well. I was all set to purchase, especially since I found that the Learnpress theme package Education WP does not include the fronted feature and you have to pay an extra $39.99, which I am do not feel we should have to do. That should be included. Also, I thought WPLMS might be easier since everything is packaged together, but then I read that there are a bunch of things that you have to sign up for separately.

And since I have spent several days just trying to find someone to talk to on their site and other places on the internet, and no phone number to call, I really don’t know if I should even try this. I don’t want to buy something that I will not be able to use. I also found that people were saying that you cannot sell your courses without an extended license, but then found just as many that said that was not true. But, I cannot clarify because I cannot reach them. Even on here, there are forums for a specific feature, but I cannot find the main WPLMS support forum page.

I am VERY frustrated and disappointed. I thought I found the perfect solution for me.

This is a very small operation with no real support. It has been 4 days now since their latest update crashed my site and still no fix. Don’t waste your time on this plugin if your thinking about a scalable lms solution.

I need help on two issues:
1: How to display courses on front page, I don’t find any short code or other way for adding it.
2: How to use its “other payment methods” facility. I want to give facility that user can Email me after depositing amount in my bank account and Email me and i can update his/her status manually to paid.
2:How to set payment status of user manually.

Any help in these regards will be highly appreciated.
