After upgrade to 4.6, my site stopped functioning properly. I made a post, published it, looked at it, but noticed that featured image was not set despite knowing I set it. I went to edit the post again, but got the “WordPress Failure Notice” message.
By going back to Posts, I noticed the post is not there. Since then, I tried to make a new post, but since autosave wouldn’t conclude to generate the URL, I hit Save Draft, only to get the “Are you sure you want to do that?” page.
Is my site eternally screwed now?

Do you really want to log out?
After I click the logout button it redirects me back to the above page and the title bar says “WordPress Failure Notice”
No matter how many times I press logout from here it goes back to that page and nothing happens. When I go back to the root page I am still logged in. We are using theme twenty fourteen

Specifically, I am using the plugin in conjunction with LearnDash (LMS). Assuming the StackOverflow remark is what I need, how and where exactly would I implement the code?
If anyone is familiar with a focused and effective thread addressing the problem a bit more in depth, I’d appreciate the link.
Thanks.

Any help would be appreciated!
]]>I’m having a lot of strange behavior on my site that I’m trying to solve with the theme developers and my hosting service. But something just started happening this morning and I thought I’d check here to see if anyone has encountered anything like this before.
When I’m in the Dashboard and I select logout from the “howdy” menu, it takes a long time and then I get a dialogue box that says:
You are attempting to log out of Site Name
Do you really want to log out?
with “log out” being a link.
At that point, the browser tab reads “WordPress Failure Notice.” If you click the link, after a substantial wait, you’re taken to the log in screen.
Does anyone have any idea of what is causing this and what I might do to fix it?
Thanks!
]]>“You are attempting to log out of LGS
Do you really want to log out?”
After I confirm log out and return to the homepage, I am still logged in under My Account.
The link of the redirected WordPress Failure Notice page is:
https://website-url.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwebsite-url%2Fmy-account%2F&_wpnonce=a3a0670a63
The WordPress version I have is 3.7.1, and I have a woocommerce theme.
I have tried the following:
– Contacted the theme support, they said it’s a problem of WordPress.
– Deactivated all the plug-ins, but still having the problem.
– Checked the logout codex. It has the proper default logout codex.
Please advise how can I fix the problem? What might be reason cause the issue? Thank you for your help in advance.
]]>I just purchased the MayaShop WordPress theme via ThemeForest, and I’m trying to get it working.
I’m supposed to go to Appearance – Themes – Install Themes – Upload and then select the Maya.zip file to upload. I do so, and for quite a while it says ‘sending request to’ with my website URL behind it. After a long time it gives me the error: “WordPress Failure Notice. Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.”
I’ve tried three times, double-checked I have the right file.
Hope anyone on here can help me out. Any help is greatly appreciated.
