I searched online and on WP.org for a plugin but could not find anything. Unless I’m not using the right terms?

The Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections area says the site is connected. In WordPress.com I can see the site’s stats etc, so the connection is active.

When trying to add a Bluesky account to the Social section of Jetpack however, I am consistently receiving this message:

You need to be logged in to WordPress.com to complete this action. Please ensure you are logged in to the same account you used to connect Jetpack to your site.

I’ve troubleshot this as follows:

• cleared cache and cookies
• disconnected and reconnected Jetpack from WordPress.com
• uninstalled the Jetpack plugin and reinstalled it
• Switched to standalone Jetpack Social plugin

None of these changes has made any difference.

How can I connect the site with Bluesky via Jetpack please?

I’m noticing a strange login redirect issue tied to Paid Member Subscriptions. The issue happens when paid members attempt to log in. The user enters their credentials correctly, but is then redirected to a WordPress page saying there has been an error, and the user is prompted to create a WordPress account. If the user goes back to our site’s login page and re-enters their credentials, then the login finally works.

I was able to replicate the issue with a test account and have attached screenshots.?

What I’ve tried:

• I enabled ‘Redirect Default WordPress Pages’ within the plugin settings, but that sent me through a login loop to the point I had trouble accessing the Admin Dashboard.
• I disabled WordPress SSO and confirmed the plugin is configured correctly to the best of my knowledge. I have no caching plugins that I know of.
• I moved into my staging site which replicates the issue and disabled as many plugins as I’m able aside from the membership plugin. None of them are causing the redirect issue.
• I changed to the Twenty Twenty Four theme but am still encountering the issue. It seems like a cookie/caching issue, but I can’t say for sure.WordPress.com is my host server, so I’ve started a case with them to see if there’s any server-caching enabled that may be causing the problem.

I figured I’d ask here to cover all bases in case I missed anything. I did peruse the forum for any posts of a similar problem but didn’t see anything.

My prior theme was from WordPress.com, twenty fourteen. I had featured images. Now, with your products, I have to featured image settings or options. Where did that go? and Why?
I am not thrilled with zip installs, but I see some plugins for featured post. Why do I need to try and install some featured image plugin when this should be part of your product? I even downloaded Elementor.

Featured image is important; it means visual engagement. I thought you knew that. Without a featured image on my posts, it looks bare and uninteresting to my subscribers, too. I’ve sent two emails to SALES, and no response.

I’m trying to remove my photo and name from an old WordPress site that was created about 10 years ago when I was in university. Unfortunately, no one can remember the account name or password that was used to create it, so we are unable to get in to change the website.

Is there anything I can do to remove this content?

I have recently migrated a live WooCommerce environment to a local development setup. In this new environment, I need to disconnect the linked WordPress.com account, allowing me to work in “sandbox mode” rather than the default “test mode,” as detailed here: WooCommerce Sandbox Mode.

Here’s what I have tried so far:

1. Consulted the documentation on this topic with no success.
2. Explored settings under both WooPayments and WooCommerce.
3. Deactivated and reactivated the WooPayments plugin.
4. Cleared transient caches.
5. Cleared the account cache using WooCommerce tools.
6. Searched through the database for any entries linking to the WordPress.com account.
7. Attempted to break the connection, with the help of Jetpack.

Please note that my goal is to reset the onboarding process to simulate a fresh installation, not to transfer account ownership. I would appreciate any guidance on how to disconnect the WordPress.com account fully for this local environment in order to create an empty account in Sandbox Mode.

Surely, I must be missing something and it cannot be this difficult to disconnect/reset WooPayments plugin.
