I’m encountering some frustrating issues with my WordPress site, which is hosted on Strato. I’ve looked around for solutions but haven’t been able to find anything conclusive. I’m not sure whether the problem is on Strato’s side or related to WordPress itself. The Strato support team suggested I seek help here, so I’m hoping someone might have some insights.
Here are the specific problems I’m experiencing in the WordPress admin panel:
These issues occur sporadically but often enough to make managing the site a hassle. I’ve already tried the following without success:
256M
in wp-config.php
.Does anyone have experience with similar issues on Strato or WordPress? Could this be related to the hosting environment, or is there something else I should investigate? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Yannick
I need your support !!!
#Hacked My website is getting hacked. Due to some reason, I’m not able to update my WordPress site and it gets hacked.
Now I’m not able to access the WordPress admin pane even those not able to access my Cpanel.
Even the situation is going on in the world my hosting provider is not available at now this time.
Can someone help me to #restore my website !!
]]>Now I do not know how to fix this despite lots of googling. I hear something about going to the godaddy C panel.
Firstly, I do not know how to go the C panel, or what to write or where to put said writing. I had to make a new account just to access the forums.
Help would be very appreciated.
]]>“The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies”
and instead it takes me to a wp panel asking me on which language I want to install wordpress! Does this mean I have to re-install it and re-create the whole website from scratch? (I hope not!). I have the same result when directly entering my website address on the browser. I thought it was a browser issue (I am using Firefox), but Chrome does the same, I also get the same “redirection” result.
The last time I was working on the site I was working on the Contact Form 7, specifically on the 2nd email (autoresponder) section before logging out after making some changes. Before loggin out the last time everything was working fine, and had no problems whatsoever when testing all the changes made so far. Everything was working just great, with no indication of malfunction or having any issue at all, and always was able to access the admin panel with no problem, expect today.
The address of my website is: www.realestateandtaxhelp.com, in case someone needs it for pinpointing a solution.
I have re-renamed the plugins (via FTP) and theme folders (individually and both at the same time), re-tried the access to the admin panel and named the folders back to their original names and nothing works. I am not an advance user and would appreciate any help on this. Thank you in advance.

It seems to be a Usernoise plug-in problem but of course I can’t even delete it!
The warning messages I get say when I go to the admin panel are:
Warning: require(admin/dashboard.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in/[my web address] /wp-content/plugins/usernoise/usernoise.php on line 49
Warning: require(admin/dashboard.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in/ [my web address] /wp-content/plugins/usernoise/usernoise.php on line 49

Thanks guys
Warning: require_once(/home/content/85/8452185/html/test/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/85/8452185/html/test/wp-load.php on line 42

It’s strange because it should not be looking inside the /test folder anymore. I moved all the files out of there and into the main directory. I even tried deleting that folder completely to see if it would fix it. It didn’t.
I’ve tried called my hosting providers support but they have no idea what happened and believe that it’s a coding problem within WordPress. I disagree.
Any ideas or advice?
Thanks!

Any thoughts
