Although it is possible to restrict categories to users in WordPress 5.0+, when a user is editing a post in new WordPress editor, the category restriction doens’t work.

Is there any plans to make this plugin compatible with WordPress 5.0 editor (Gutenberg)?

I have updated WordPress to version 5.0 and wanted now to check if my Plugins are compatible with PHP 7.2
PHP Compatibility Chekcer load and load and load Scan site on my stage page …. shows me “Now scanning: plugin (1 of 48) but still since more than 10 minutes.
Restart does bring same result, deaktivate first plugin (maybe there was an problem) does not bring any other result too

Is it possible that plugin does not work with wordpress 5.0 ?

Embedded Google calendar bleeds over into second column

Hi there, I am having an issue with a site that has run Hemingway for a number of years and had an embedded Google Calendar (using the iframe embed code that Google provides). With a recent WordPress update (I think to version 5.0? The problem appeared relatively recently but I don’t know exactly when), the calendar now bleeds over from the main column into the sidebar column; see the linked page. I thought it might be an issue with responsiveness, but in my browser on my computer resizing the web browser window size does not change or adjust anything about the calendar. Previously (for the past few years since we put the calendar in), the calendar has happily resided just within the main column where it should be.

Any thoughts as to how to fix this? I am running WordPress 5.0.3 and just double checked that I had the most updated iframe code from Google for the calendar.

Hey,

We’ve had one of our clients calling up saying that they were unable to edit their website’s content. The client is only able to use the IE11 browser at their workplace (this is out of both ours and their control).

Last month, we updated WordPress to version 5.0.3 and installed the WordPress team’s Classic Editor plugin to override Gutenburg. Since then, the client has been experiencing these issues.

Once I’d deactivated the YOAST plugin, it seemed to be working correctly – there must be some conflict between YOAST and TinyMCE on IE. We’ve had to install an alternative SEO plugin for the site – but it would be great if this issue was fixed
