Installed 3.9 received error

I backed up my files yesterday. I waited for it to be late enough, and logged in today to update to WP 3.9 and then the multiple plugins. Upon clicking the updated button, I received an error message at the top of the page. The rest of the dashboard loaded, showing me the new things with WP 3.9. Here is the error that shows on the top of the live site as well as when I’m logged the dashboard, while viewing in firefox browser:

I attempted to update the theme next, figuring it might fix the issue on it’s own. It did not.

When I attempted to view now in Firefox I see the same. In the IE browser, it has a white page with the following error:

Jetpack & wordpress update 3.9

Anyone else having issues after the 3.9 update? My widget menu is no longer working and gallery photos are not visible. After deactivating jetpack everything is fine other than the site relies on a lot of jetpack’s features.

please forgive me if i am in the wrong forum and please move me moderator….the visual editor on my site is not working on all browsers ..i used the debug script… inactivated all plugins to no avail …i switched themes and it was fine ..i went back to theme i was have problems with and took this screen shot. it will explain everything + the js that was having an error screencast .. i need to know what to do

After autoupdate get Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_register_plugin_

After hitting 3.9 update button in WordPress yesterday, I can no longer get into my blog at all and only get this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_register_plugin_realpath() in /home/content/92/8889792/html/wp-settings.php on line 213

My blog is experiencedbadmom.com. I use Modern Blogger Pro theme and GoDaddy hosting.

I see suggestions online about this problem to deactivate plug-ins but I can’t get into wp-admin so unsure how to deactivate. The #3 step using FTP instructions to deactivate plugins here on WordPress Support is to login to wp-admin but I can’t.

Plugins were askimet, commentluv, complete-central-backup, genesis grid loop, genesis simple edits, jetpack, jquery pin-it button for images, pinterest pin it button, regenerate thumbnails and simple social icons.

I blog as a hobby and do not make any $$. GoDaddy wants $150 for disaster backup of my site to be restored. I’d like to fix it myself if possible. Hard to believe pushing one button destroyed everything.

Form Maker Pro Editor blocked by WP 3.9

I updated WP 3.9 today and now when I try to use Form Maker Pro Editor, the dashboard column on the left floats over half of the Form Maker Pro Editor keeping me from using the buttons on the left column of Form Maker Pro. I am able to view them if I collapse the menu, but in previous versions I did not need to do that.
