We have checked Wordfence and unblocked them, reset the password a number of times, checked their ip address, checked the server etc.
Others have tried the new users login and can access the site but the new user can’t from their laptop…? but can from their phone
Has anyone else had a similar problem, we are at a loss.

]]>I recently updated to word fence pro
since then, when I log out of the admin and try to log in again I get an error, telling me that verification is needed. When the verification link comes in my email , I click it, it takes me to the user / member login p[age , which i can not use my admin login with. I have had to have the plugin shut down twice.
I need to know if there is a way to correct the plugin to stop these errors?
