Customers Not receiving woo mails

Customers are not receiving any emails generated from WooCommerce, although we see a note indicating the email was sent. On the other hand, administrators are receiving all WooCommerce-related emails. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m using Divi and this plugin and with shortcode [products brands=”brand-slug”] the product’s names get overlapped

Products by Brand don’t get displayed

Hello,

I’m using DIVI and this plugin. I want to create Archive Page where products from current brand get displayed. I have products assigned to brands.

I tried using:

Shortcode – it doesn’t display anything
Brands Products module – setting ‘current brand’ doesn’t display anything and setting where I chose specific brand gave message ‘No products were found matching your selection’.

Without using shortcode/module when I click on ‘View’ on Brands page then products from the brand get displayed. However they don’t get displayed using shortcode or module.

Charged 1 shipping fee if product added to cart has same category

I have already created a shipping setup, the shipping is based on category, but what i want is, if the products added to the cart have same category shipping, it need to use one shipping only.

The Aerogaz Shipping Fee is cost 40.

The challenge here is the product is tagged with multiple categories.
for example:
the product 1 is tagged with Aerogaz Shipping Fee, cooker hob
product 2 is tagged Aerogaz Shipping Fee, cooker hood

Since the product 1 and 2 has the same category of shipping which is ‘Aerogaz Shipping Fee’ need to charge 1 shipping only. Currently, it is charging 2 shipping fee, worth 80.

Reader option not shown on checkout page

Hello,

I have successfully configured the plugin and reader, and it indicates a connection in the backend. Prior to testing, I ensured that:

(a) the device is powered on,
(b) the terminal is registered,
(c) a user with WooCommerce store management permissions is logged in, and
(d) the cart only contains simple products.

Despite these preparations, the Reader option is not appearing on the checkout page. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

WooCoomerce checkout problems

Hi, i do have problems with the plugin on my woocoomerce checkout page. In my Plugin Integrations i have activated “WooCommerce -> Checkout Form” but this trys to add 2 hCaptchas on my page and throwing an error than. The first hCaptcha will be added to “Payment Methods” and the second one to the “Order Overview” and the console error is “Found 2 elements with non-unique id #hcaptcha_wc_checkout_nonce”. The hCaptchas are broken than and can not be used and my users can not continue with the checkout. Is there any way to fix this or is this a bug of the plugin?
