I have installed the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin for my client’s website. But now I am facing an issue with the plugin.
I added the attributes globally and configured all items. The actual problem occurs when I select a variation ie a color, the product image doesn’t change and only the main product image keeps showing.
For an experiment, I removed main product image and checked, and it started changing the images. And when I added the main image back, the problem started to occur again. The link I shared is for just one product. All of my products are having same issue. Can you please guide me what is actually the issue with my site? I’ve tried your demo videos as well.

As you can see in the below price table link, if they select 600 width and 600 height, the price will be 122. For 700(width) x 600(height) = 124(price), and so on.
To achieve this functionality, I selected the product type “variable” and created variations for all these width and height combinations (In the pricing table below).
But now I want that, instead of width and height dropdowns, I want my users to input the width and height, and the price gets calculated based on their input values. So if the user puts any value (for width) between the range 600 to 700, that is 601, 602,603… up to 699, it will take the price value for 600width( initial width value). Similarly, if users put any value between the range 701,702,703…799, it will take the price value for 700width. The same case for height as well.
I can not use any formula for these calculations as I have my specific prices for each combination (as you can see in the below price table)
To elaborate further, I want functionality like this website (https://www.blindsonline.com.au/roller-blinds/41400/next-day-sofia-blockout-chalk.htm).
Please suggest any free or paid plugin/solution to allow me to achieve all this.

I want it to show only those that have stock as it does in other products, we have updated everything to the latest versions.
They told me in woocommerce to write the ticket here.
]]>I want it to show only those that have stock as it does in other products, we have updated everything to the latest versions.
]]>In our example
The first option Beis has in the variation activated inventory management and put 7 quantity. But when in the store product you select it and you can add more than the quantity to add to the cart.
It is wrong before it respected the inventory of the variations and reached the limit of each one, now it does not. Has something happened? Thanks!
]]>I have variable products set up in Woo. Some attributes are only available if other attributes are selected first.
However, the options that should be hidden or unavailable after the parent selection is chosen, are still showing as selectable options. If the user chooses one of those unavailable options, then they get a message:
“Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.”
So the customer will be getting annoyed by this process. How do I make these unavailable attributes stay hidden if they are not available in that combination?
Example: If you select Size: 5×7, then Style: Aluminum Print should no longer be a selectable option. But it shows up anyway, even though there is no existing variation combination for that.
]]>I have a client website going live soon. It is a clothing website.
Each Product has COLOURS & SIZING options as variables …
Let’s say a Hoodie for now.
COLOURS: Yellow, Green, Blue, White, Black
SIZING: S, M, L, XL, XXL
Variables set in the backend are:
Yellow S
Yellow M
Yellow L
Yellow XL
Yellow XXL
Green S
Green M
Green L
Green Xl
Green XXL
Etc you get what I mean with the Variables Variations.
Every one of these have an IMAGE uploaded to each of those Variations relevant the COLOUR CHOSEN .
ON PRODUCT PAGE IT LOOKS LIKE THIS:
PRODUCT NAME – HOODIE
Short Description
PRICING
COLOURS AVAILABLE (which are colour swatches)
SIZING AVAILABLE (which are sizes available)
We are currently TESTING the site, and we are seeing the TESTERS are getting confused that they have to click on BOTH the COLOUR (AND) SIZING to see the actual Product HOODIE Colour Green style (the image
I get that as that is what is set in the Variable ..
We have STOCK Control of all the Colour & Sizing
Meaning Stock Control of GREEN Hoodie Size XL therefore that is WHY I had the Variable with COLOUR & Sizing together …
BUT then this is NOT clear for everyday customers if they click on the COLOUR – They would like to see what the HOODIE COLOUR looks like BEFORE even bothering having to click on the SIZING as well .
So HOW can I do a workaround for this issue ?
How can I achieve that the customer when clicking on COLOUR will see the COLOUR of the actual HOODIE & NOT have to click on SIZE as well BEFORE they see the actual product Colour ?
ALSO another question regarding same site, as I have a hover zoom set up on the Single Product Page for when people hover over on a PC or laptop, BUT on mobile devices they obviously cannot hover, they can put their finger on the image (but as I have set the image zoom on hover to high for PC), it doesn’t work on the mobile. How can I rectify this issue ? Can I change the link/hover/click on the Single Product Image for MOBILE ONLY ?
Is that achievable at all ?
Site is going live very soon, so hadn’t expected to have this issue.
Thanks in advance for reading.

Kristin
I’ve used this plugin: Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce. It gives solution that I can add single variant to different category. But. The problem is that not only single variation is visible in other category but other options as well. Example: t-shirt has 10 colors and 3 sizes. I want to add to category named “ready to ship” black t-shirt with size M (because it’s on the stock, the rest are available on order). I used this plugin and as a result I can see this t-shirt model in “ready to ship” category but other sizes and colours are also available. Is there any other plugin which would add to category the only single variation? Because in this case buyers can see other colours and sizes in category “ready to ship” and may be confused.
Thanks.
]]>I love your plugin for my clients.
I have a bit of an issue. My current client site I am working on is using Woocmmerce with Attributes and Variations for Tshirts & Hoodies.
Currently your plugin is working perfectly for changing pricing easily and Stock and update photos for Variation products great etc. Love it !!
The only downside and difficulty I am having is updating the SKU codes. As I can’t see what products are what in the variations list in Bulk Editor.
For example, in Product Hoodie I may have 5 colours available and 7 Sizing .. therefore 35 variations are created with this in the Product. If I don’t enter the SKU code inside the New Product itself in “EDIT PRODUCT” then in the Bulk Editor I cannot see what product & Colour & Sizing belongs to the row on the product in the Variations in BULK EDITOR.
When I add a New Product and Add in the SKU Code there and then (which takes forever doing it this way) therefore I would prefer to do it on your Bulk Editor instead.
What is my best workaround to update SKU codes easily in Bulk Editor but be able to see which Variation it is I am adding the SKU code to. As I can’t tell , title for Individual Variations are blank for sizing & Colour (no way to tell) unless I am missing something or a setting ?
I hope someone can help me urgently and suggest something that will work
As I still love your plugin – Just a hiccup I need to rectify easier for client ..
Thanks
Kristin
