Pinnacle WooCommerce templates out of date notification

Hi there

We run our website on the Pinnacle theme and with the WooCommerce plugin installed and activated. We are seeing the following message advising the theme contains outdated copies of the WooCommerce template files:

Your theme (Pinnacle) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Point number 2 doesn’t apply to our website.

Can you advise when the Pinnacle theme on www.remarpro.com repository will be updated with the latest WooCommerce template files?

WooCommerce Overriding Templates are not working after the latest update. 8.9.1

Hi there, I hope you are all fine. Everything I working fine. I was overriding the WooCommerce templates, but since the latest version of WooCommerce 8.9.1 came in, my templates have not overriding since then. I did clear the WooCommerce transients, Expired transients & template cache but still nothing.

CartFlows overwrites WooCommerce Templates in Child Theme

Hi,

I’m thinking about using your plugin on my website, but I already have a lot of custom WooCommerce templates in my Child Theme. By default, WooCommerce allows to copy any templates from “wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\” to “wp-content\themes\your-child-theme\woocommerce\” and customize them to your needs. After installing CartFlows, all my changes were overridden.

I found that in CartFlows you have copied the same templates to “wp-content\plugins\cartflows\woocommerce\template\”.
Is there any options to copy them into my Child Theme to customize?

I’ve tried to copy them to:
“wp-content\themes\your-child-theme\cartflows\”
“wp-content\themes\your-child-theme\cartflows\woocommerce\template\”
but it doesn’t work for me.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

Can I change where the delivery date is displayed on the email sent to the customer?

Also the confirmation page shown after payment is made is not very clear that it is a future delivery date so I would like to move it on the woocommerce template.

So, woocommerce was complaining that I needed to update the woocommerce templates on my child theme after a recent update. The website was working fine. The store was working fine. Nothing looked wrong, but I followed their instructions and did it anyway. Now, my shop sidebar is showing up at the bottom of the page and none of the past solutions I’ve found on the forum work. My parent theme is rather obscure and its like wringing water from a stone to get support from the developers, so, I’m here. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am about to make a Woocommerce shop in my own WordPress theme. I would like my woocommerce to look a different way than my current theme files do in my theme.

I have tried to create a file in root of my wordpress theme called single-product.php. That way I have been able to change how the product pages should be.

But how do I change the other things? I mean, things like the shop page, category pages, etc.

Difference between order-tails template vs order-details-template

Hi,

I have a question concerning templates in woocommerce.

I have three sites. Two of them display order-details once the transaction is completed.

And another one that display order-details-customer template once the transaction is completed.

How can I make woocommerce display order-details instead of order-details-customer once the transaction is completed.

Having trouble getting this to work wondering if you could draw up an example for the woocommerce single product example. I their instructions, to modify the product template, they suggest copying over the custom-single-product.php file and then modifying that.

I copied it over, and then changed the top to:


However don’t seem to see a metabox with the template, would love any step by step advise you could give for this woocommerce use case, I am sure it would help many!
