Payment already paid issue

We have been using the Braintree for WooCommerce payment plugin with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin for the past few years.

Recently, we’ve encountered an issue where Subscription renewal orders are not being charged through Braintree. Instead, we see the following message in the renewal order notes: “Payment processing of the renewal order #1254 was skipped because it is already paid (Completed).”

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

Vault Setting Greyed Out in PayPal Payments Plugin for WooCommerce Subscriptions

I’m helping a client resolve an issue with the PayPal Payments plugin in WooCommerce, particularly for subscription-based payments. While the PayPal API is properly connected and works for regular payments, it doesn’t show up as a payment option for subscriptions. We’ve discovered that the “Vault” setting within the PayPal Payments plugin is greyed out and can’t be enabled. Vaulting is confirmed to be enabled on the PayPal API side, but the setting remains inaccessible. We’ve also ensured that the “WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Pay Later” option is disabled, yet the issue persists. After trying to create a new API key and reconnecting it, we’re still facing the same problem. Does anyone have any insights on why this might be happening?

I am using the “WooCommerce Subscription” and “Buy Once or Subscribe for WooCommerce Subscriptions” plugins. Now, I want to control the “Start Date” and “End Date” from the customer side. The customer will select the Start Date and End Date, and I want the subscription to start and end on those dates. I have managed to control the End Date, but I am unable to control the Start Date. Can you please let me know how I can do this? Below are the codes.

URGENT: Subscription Activate issue during renewal and related order issue

The subscription order was not activated during the renewal order creation. During renewal first, the subscription goes to ON-HOLD, then the renewal order is created. After the renewal creation, the subscription will activate again and the comments will be added to the notes. But in this scenario, the subscription was ON-HOLD, then the renewal was created, but the subscription could not be activated again.
Another one in the same scenario: the renewal order was created but that renewal was not listed in the related orders table in the subscription edit page. But the renewal-created comments will be added to the subscription edit page but not listed in the related orders table in the subscription edit page. I can’t find out the solution.
Please, anyone, help to find out the solution to fixing the issue. I’m working as a payment module developer for WooCommerce in PSP. It was urgent to fix the issue in merchant. Please someone help.

How to sell same course individually and under membership both

Hello Friends,

thanks in advance for helping me,

I am using tutorLMS, TutorLMS Pro, wocommerce, woocommerce membership and woocommerce subscription on my clients website.

Requirement :

Sell the individual course for limited time period access.

or sell the course under membership subscription.

I did setting where I selected woocommerce to monetize. Also have activated subscription add-on.

I also did the setting in course where I created a woocommerce subscription product selected as tutor product and attached under paid to sell it individually.

Also I attached membership to course so the user can have access if he/she has active membership.

The issue is, when User buy membership, course doesn’t allow access without buying it individually.

I checked the code behind the logic and it seems it does not consider the membership for the access level.

Please let me know how I can full feel the requirements, I have good knowledge of development so any hook which allows to change the behavior would be helpful. Or if I am missing something please let me know.

I need help with integrating my custom coded html form to be used with woocommerce subscription plugin to collect and manage the data after submission. Such as we have coupon system on our form where we give certain discount if the coupon is matched with our coupons table and pass the net amount to the razorpay for the payment. after payment we collect the data in a sql table.
