woocommerce is sending me an automatic failed order attempt.
I’ve reached out to Stripe for them to verify and they’ve confirmed no logs nor failed payments on their end.
Can someone assist ?
]]>We have installed WCDP Donation plugin in the mentioned page and we have installed WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin for payments. We have activated Stripe payment gateway. But in this donation form, in the payment option, there is “Use a new payment method” field, which is causing issue in payment option. When a user tries to donate for the first time, this field shows up and it causes issue in payment. But when the page is reloaded again, the mentioned field disappears and payment goes through.
I have found this option in few forums which I have turned off, WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payments >> Stripe >> Setting >> Enable payments via saved cards. But this doesn’t work as well, the field is showing during payment.
I can see this error as well in the Error logs 2024-05-27T01:52:02+00:00 Debug ====Stripe Version: 8.2.0==== ====Stripe Plugin API Version: 2019-09-09==== ====Start Log==== Error: The information for creating and confirming the intent is missing the following data: payment_method. ====End Log====
Can you please look into this issue and help to solve it?
Regards,
Ram
]]>The tax settings in woocommerce are defined in our store for VAT (17%) and they are defined correctly.
The problem is that due to the Stripe Payment plugin, in which VAT is also defined (it is impossible to change it), in the invoice the customer receives that the VAT is calculated twice(Screenshot attached).
If we remove the VAT settings in woocommerce, it will harm our sales statistics and display incorrect data, also in analytics.
I would love to know if anyone has a solution for how to keep with the tax setting in our store, without it appearing on the invoice that sent by the payment service provider to the customer?
Thank you!
This is negatively impacting my Google Page speed and core vital performance.
How do I prevent the stripe files from loading on all page, and only load on the checkout page?
]]>I have setup everything succesfully, the use of Alipay is enabled and approved in my Stripe account.
The Alipay payment option is simply not showing on the checkout page.
I’m currently using WordPress Theme Twenty Twenty-Three.
When I switch to Twenty Twenty-Two, it still doesn’t work.
When I switch to Twenty Twenty-One, Alipay shows as a payment option.
Is there a way to get this working in Twenty Twenty-Three?
]]>Is Woocommerce Stripe Payment Gateway 7.4.2 version compatible with WP 6.3 ?
I can see it is said on this plugin info that it has not been tested up to WP 6.3 yet
Before reverting the WP core version back, I would like to receive this info and act accordingly
]]>Most time we receive two order notification emails(through our website), and two payment notification email from stripe.
A few times we receive 1 order notification email but 2 payment notification email for the same order.
Then we end up having to refund the client for the second/Duplicate payment
]]>However, those strings aren’t translated on the frontend and I don’t know why that is. The language I’m trying to translate to is Dutch. Strings are synced and translated at 71% in a custom folder. Plugins are updated and I’d rather not post my website if possible.
Please advise.

I was told by the Yith support team that it is not updating the stripe_source_id from the plugin to my stripe dashboard when they update payment method. But I don’t know why.
My question is, should my customers be allowed to update their payment info, if I am using this plugin (WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway) and Yith Subscription? Or does it just not allow for that?
If it should work, any ideas as to why its not working?
Thanks
