Product Reviews setting disappears

When I click on the “Product” tab, the reviews options show for less than a second, then disappear.

I have tried on three different browsers and 2 cpmuters. Cleared the cache fothe browsers. Disabled caching and optimization plugins, still no joy. Below is a video of what happens. Please assist.

If I have existing reviews, and I install the free version of your plugin, it defaults to ‘Not recommended’. I understand this is only editable in Pro – is there a way to set something so that it will set existing reviews to recommended or at least neutral?

Review star not showing.

Hi,

I am immensely in love with the plugin by the way. I have this small issue here. If you visit the link that I have attached, and look at the review section of the product, initially each review has its star-rating being shown to left of the reviewer name. Now if you select most recent filter on the review, the star-ratings for the review is not being loaded. Also it happens when you search for a review and that the reviews in the search results don’t have star-ratings loaded.
I don’t know why it is not loading the star-ratings. It used to work just fine a couple of days ago. I tried to disable other plugins but didn’t work.

I would love to hear from you guys what might be going wrong here.

ASB Blocking woocomm product reviews

We discovered on our site flexxgenix.com that AntiSpam Bee was preventing woocommerce reviews from working. Specifically, the submit button was being disabled. It works again if we disable ASB. This is a shame because we love ASB and have it running with no problems on several other sites.

A search of the forums and it seems like we’re the only ones suffering tbis issue. As a result we thought it might be a theme issue so we switched to a default WP theme and still encountered the same issue.

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this and if so if there’s a solution out there. Or if anyone has any ideas on how we could fix it.

If you want to see how it’s not working I have enabled ASB on the staging site.

I’m running WP 5.9. It is a browser wide issue.

Review stars won’t move page down to review tab when clicked

When I click the 5 stars to get taken to the reviews nothing happens

I’ve done a plugin test conflict and it is store customizer causing this issue – when the plugin is disabled it works fine

Any help appreciated
