Woocommerce deserves its reputation as the best WP plugin for ecommerce. It does everything you’d want an ecommerce plugin to do, and as a bonus, the support is terrific. As a newcomer to Woocommerce (and to ecommerce in general) I had quite a few questions. Most of them could easily be answered by a quick online search. The few that I couldn’t find answers for were quickly answered by helpful support people on the WordPress forum. Thanks to Automattic for giving us this great website tool.

Hi all!
Thank you for great plugin and amazing new updates.
I am using your plugin to replace REVIEW module of Woocommerce. It looks cool but I got this problem:
– Number of Review title not changed

Previously, I got 4 reviews added by original Review module. After installing, I add 1 more review using Rating function of WPdiscuz. But the Number of Review is still 4. It should be 5.

In metakey, I use “rating”.

This plugin works perfectly and if you have any problem, support will take the time to solve it.

Usually, plugin editors will try to question the installation or conflicts of third-party plugins but Ryviu support fixed my problem and updated their plugin to make it work for me.

I have never seen so much dedication from a support to their customers.

I recommend ++++++++++++

Field titles donot show up on review form

The titles for review fields donot show, ( Name , email, rewiew) only empty fields are displayed. cannot enter text in them too.

The WooCommerce plugin is an extremely powerful, versatile, flexible, up-to-date, and easy to use sophisticated tool for running an e-commerce website. It gives control to user from A to Z and there are a great number of third party plugins that support WooCommerce to make administration life even easier. Overall, when I was deciding which e-commerce platform I was going to use (magento, shopify, joomla, bigcommerce, joomla, etc), I ultimately chose WooCommerce because of the greater control I would have. Yes, this also means there is much more responsibility on my part to keep it updated along with the associated plugins. But the trade off, compared for example to shopify, is that along with my chosen theme, and child-theme in place, I can get the web store to look, feel, and RUN exactly as MY CUSTOMERS want and expect it to run (not as I think it should!). WooCommerce support is excellent and the vast amount of published questions and answers affords any one running WooCommerce quick solutions to most (if not all) of the “problems” you might run into. Thank you team WooCommerce!

Customer accounts not able to review product

Hi,

For any products on this site, the review is added when I add as the site admin. But, if I create a customer account and try to add review, it doesn’t work. I want to make sure that reviews work before I ask any customer to review. Can you check what’s the cause of it?

Hi,

For any of the products listed on my shop page, I am unable to add reviews from a customer account. Reviews are working if I add from my admin account, but if I create a customer account and try to add a review it does not work.

Please note that I do not use Mojo marketplace plugin on my site. Also, I tried to diable Akismet but still cannot post reviews. Can you think of some possible reasons that’s causing the error?

The posts in favor of woo 3.0.X are too general

Something fishy is going on here…
Posts praising Woocommerce 3.0.X are very general and full of superlatives like Awesome, Great, Cannot do without it etc. with no references to what really is so great.

However the criticizing posts say exactly how bad 3.0.X is.

3.0.X is horrible!!! I downgraded to 2.6.4 and I will stay there until my new Drupal business is ready (2-3 months).
