FULL DESCRIPTION:
A shop with default currency set as Costa Rican Colon (CRC) is utilizing Booster Gateways Currency Converter module to enable USD sales with PayPal. At checkout, when the customer chooses to pay with PayPal, the order total is converted to USD to complete the sale successfully. However, when the store owner reviews their sales analytics in WooCommerce, the data only shows in CRC (the USD values are not converted back). For example, a sale made for 35USD displays as 35CRC, when it instead should show as approximately 21367CRC. This causes sales data to appear much lower than it actually is. A screenshot of this case can be seen via the link provided below (the circled value was a sale in USD, but is displaying in CRC). Can the Gateways Currency Converter module in Booster be updated to handle the conversion back to the default currency post-sale?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Activate the Gateways Currency Converter module in Booster for WooCommerce
2. Complete a sale which requires a conversion from the module
3. From the Admin dashboard left-hand menu, navigate to Analytics > Orders
4. Scroll down to the list of orders and see that the sale made with currency conversion is displayed in the default shop currency without having been converted back.

I have 2 questions.
1) How do I set up so I can see refunds-information in our Woocommerce reporting? Right now it says zero there. We are using Visma and Sharespine.
2)Is there a way to see information about ALL non-completed orders (including orders where the person received a refund as well as the ones who didn’t) in Woocommerce reporting?
Hope you can help me
Best regards,
Isabella
I have a store which I control fully. Vendors signup manually.
I’d like to view reports for each of my vendors without having to log into each vendors’ profile.
Please advise.
]]>Great plugin, great tool, and hands down the best support I’ve experienced.
]]>I would like to know what happens to the reporting logic when an order is deleted. Will it still report it as valid sales?
The reason I’m asking this is because I am doing some test orders on live site and I want to remove this test orders when I’m done, but when I do that, it seems the reporting tool still detects the deleted order as valid order (even show up as one of the top sellers).
I thought it wouldn’t count as valid sales if the order were deleted.
Any advise on this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
