Hi,

I just want to make sure, if I buy the woocommerce extension for ultimate member for one site, will people who register on my site using ultimate member be able to manage the subscriptions bought on the site? Will they appear on their account? The only reason I need to let people register is for this purpose.

Ultimate Member, Billing Address for WooCommerce

Hi,
We use the free version of Ultimate Member (UM) plugin (including for registration) and WooCommerce. Both are used for different purposes and do not share their databases. Unfortunately, in such set-up, user’s registration details are not transferred to WooCommerce to fill in the Billing Address fields.

We are not interested in showing WooCommerce fields on the Account page of UM. Exactly opposite – we want to continue to use the My Account page of WooCommerce.
If anyone could explain how to make UM’s user information to be transferred to the Billing Address of WooCommerce, that could be great.

Alternatively, if we purchase UM’s WooCommerce extension, will then the “registration data” be automatically transferred into the Billing Address of WooCommerce (and also available / can be viewed on “My Account” page of WooCommerce)?

It appears the guide isn’t up to date since trying some of the commands to create a new extension appear broken. Even the instructions to install WooCommerce and WooCommerce-Admin seem broken or not up to date.

When I try to create a new extension by running the following command: npm run create-wc-extension it errors out with the following message:

This is a unique in its kind plugin (even though there are others that provide discount pricing based on quantity purchased… but they do it with rules and not on a per product basis). In addition the developer is very kind, helpful and actively supporting it. Great qualitative work!

and before anything, thank you for the amazing work on the plugin.
I’ve a pre-sale question about the WooCommerce extension.

I now have a fully integrated member area with UM, and I need to accomplish a certain situation. When a user register to the site, the admin need to approve the request, and the user could not access her private area. After the approval, the user can login and access her private area. At this point, the user need to pay a fee for a subscription (a recurring one, charged every year) and change her role accordingly (to the “associate” role, for example). I’ve seen that the WooCommerce extension could manage this, but I want to ask you if it supports recurring payments, or I need to buy the Subscription plugin for WC as well?

Need a Custom Ordering Plugin (Multiple Managers)

ISO a suitable plugin that will work with our WooCommerce site.
At present, when a user logs onto the site their order can be sent to whoever we designate the order to go to. Normally, you enter 1 or 2 email addresses and all orders go there.
We’d like to automate the process so that the order will go to a different Manager based on the who the User is. So for example, when something is ordered by User1 it will send a copy of the order to Manager1 and CC another email address.
So we may have User 1-10 all connected to Manager 1, then User 2-20 associated with Manager 2, and so forth. When user 18 orders something, only Manger 2 will get a copy (plus another more general email address).
Right now, WordPress/Woo only allows us to email all orders to one manager, and we can’t differentiate which manager that is. Do you know if it’s possible to have the Order Details be emailed to the specific user’s corresponding Manager, plus CC the company?
Any input is greatly appreciated.
