Compatibility issues with the woocommerce deposits partial payments invoice

I have just installed this plugin and also bought a pro version of it but i can’t seem to make it work with WooCommerce deposits plugins, The invoice is successfully created for 1st deposit but when i go into 2nd deposit for a partial payment reminder i see this error

and when i checked the logs i saw that a certain class was missing from the plugin

White blank page loads up instead of cart page when a product is added to cart

Hello!!

When a product is added to cart, the cart page loads a white blank page. But when accessed the checkout page directly via link the product shows up there. Please help!!

I’ve recently added a few Woocommerce plugin add-ons on website to add extra functionalities.

They include of
-Woocommerce Min/Max quantity
-Woocommerce Deposits

The site was working just fine before installing these plugins. I need the functionality of these add-ons. But it seems like they are the one affecting website’s overall performance.

There is an ongoing sale on the website and with the crashed cart page its hard to manage the situation.

I request you to please help me out of this situation asap!!

And if possible please let me know if these add-ons are not compactible with the Woocommerce version installed i.e.(5.7.1). what other options are available to go for?

Stop adding shipping cost to WooCommerce Deposits

Hi,
I am having the issue that WooCommerce Deposits plugin and also other plugins similar to it add the shipping cost to the deposit payment (first payment) I would rather change that so that the shipping cost is added to the future payment amount.
In case of a payment plan sum up the product cost and shipping cost and split into % according to the preset.

Did someone experience the same issue? could maybe a developer have a look at it and change it in the next release? I am sure most people use it to help customers pay for pre-orders (reservation deposits) and payment plans to help pay for high cost products, shipping costs shouldn’t really be charged in advance, but rather at the end.

Hi, I just installed your plugin and on the invoice it says ‘Deposit Ammount’ instead of ‘Deposit Amount’. Can I edit this myself somewhere?

Variable product price range

Hi,

Great plugin indeed. Thank you for this. However, when I use deposit feature on variable product (with different prices for each product variations), the total price will only deduct from the first product variable price.
For example, I set the deposit amount by percentage to 50. Product A variation A is $20. Product A variation B is $30. When user choose Product A variation B, the deposit amount will be $10 instead of $15.

Is there any way to solve this?

Missing deposits description

Hi all and thanks for your help. In using the Woocommerce Deposits plugin to allow for payment plans, even though there is a description in the Payment Plans sub-menu in Woocommerce, it does not show on a full product description page or in sidebar widgets.

Any suggestions for how to get descriptions such as “3-month payment plan” or “6-month payment plan”?
