This side Ravi Saini. I’m using a free version of ENVO eCommerce theme before purchasing it. I’m using the free version because I wanna see all working and functionality of ENVO WordPress eCommerce theme. All the functions are working properly. But the main function of PayPal Payment checkout is showing me an error. I’m facing an error #We are sorry. Things don t appear to be working at the moment, When I’m purchasing any product from my website and make payment by PayPal Payment(By Debit and Credit option). If I’m logging PayPal account to make a payment then I’m facing an error that You are logging in to the account of the seller for this purchase. Please change your login information and try again.
help me to fix this error. I had everything to fix this error. I have been seen many videos on YouTube about it. but the problem continues.

Hi there,

I getting acclimated to your wonderful plugin to attempt to sell courses and coaching services.

But when I go to checkout using PayPal it hangs with the following message:

Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

And when I view the logs it has a status of pending or cancelled.

By the way I am using the Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution to sell courses and Woocommerce to sell Coaching Services, but I want the customer to preview the courses before purchase and that don’t seem to work.

Can you point me to another plugin that offer coursework that hides the courses before purchase? Can you tell me what I am doing wrong, btw, I have a setup PayPal business account with the token configured and I have copied the token in the WooCommerce settings.

Parameter Error on checkout woocommerce

customers unable to checkout, as of after they put the all information, there are getting an error of parameter error, i can not find where the error, here an email i got from the customer who coudlnt finish checkout:

(The context in the error was something related to Bar Parameter…
I don’t remember the entire phrase)

i can see that from 2 days till now 8 customers order cancelled, from Woocommerce/orders

another customer emailed that he is trying to pay through paypal, after putting billing information, please i need to know how figure out what the problem then to find solution for it

Order Confirmation Page Not Loading on Mobile browsers only

I am having this issue specifically on mobile Chrome and mobile Firefox(Android 5.1). On the checkout page, the “Place Order” submits and displays the same checkout page. The order has been received on the back-end successfully though. Additionally, the My Account page thereafter shows “session ended error”.

I can′t make a payment with mercadopago on my website, on checkout page never load mercadopago popup, and the web go offline
