I updated my facebook for WooCommerce to the new version a month ago. It was connected properly but I am having issues. The store is not updated properly with the info the web has. They are still old products and the new ones are no appearing in the Facebook page.
Besides having issues with the update of the products, this is also generating bad information in my Pixel data.
What should I do to have my products and data information updated with my website?
]]>Also since the update, any links I have added or updated on the site will not update on Firefox, it is very odd. The original link still shows. I have cleared cache, cookies, FF is up to date, tried everything, to no avail. On chrome the links have all updated straight away. I don’t know if this problem is related to Woocommerce or is solely a Firefox issue.
Since the update I also get a notice on the wp dashboard saying,” Your store’s uploads directory is browsable via the web. We strongly recommend configuring your web server to prevent directory indexing.” The directory is not browsable and I cannot get rid of the notice, despite clicking the dismiss button 50 000 times.
Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
]]>It gives me the option to connect in a different way. It creates a new catalogue with the facebook page but not with the Business Manager account as it was before. As I am configuring a complete new page. It doesn’t give the same rights as before.
I am loosing lots of time in trying to understand the new way of configuring as it was before, so I don’t loose all the work and the information in my pixel account.
As a results I have been having problems in my facebook add campaigns too
What are the steps to fix this?

]]>We are using Storefront framework and galleria pro child theme. We recently updated the Wooomerce plugin and after the update, the product & catalog images dimensions changed. Here is the code before and after the update.
Before Update for category
After Update

]]>After a recent word press update the format on our emails has changed. I believe it is when we updated woocomerce to the latest version 3.5.
The confirmation order email that is sent to us adds And extra line ” Now over to you” to the email. This pushes the order email to two pages when we try to print it. Is there a way to edit this order email to exclude this line. Or is there a way to change back to the previous woocomerce version?
