Category and Attributes don’t work together. The attributes filter does not work together with the categories filter. When I choose another category, the attributes are not refreshed.
For example:
I have created a filter consisting of: Category “Country”. And 1 attribute: “City”. For example, when I choose for the category “Netherlands”, the city-attribute shows all cities in The Netherlands like “Amsterdam”, “The Hague”, “Utrecht” etc.. For example, when I choose for “Amsterdam” it shows me everything in Amsterdam. But when I choose another country, “Amsterdam” remains. So the city-attribute doesn’t refresh the cities of the newly selected country. As a result, I don’t see any results.
How can I solve this?
Thank you very much!
]]>I’ve this issue on the website:
On the “.. /product-categorie/” page, I only see the current category page in the filter. But I don’t see the other category pages.
So for example, if I’m on category page A, I don’t see the other category pages B, C, D, E, etc.
How can I activate this?
Thank you very much.

]]>las única opciones para crear una nueva columna es agregar los que ya están en la tabla, pero en este caso seria una nueva columna personalizada.
]]>For now, I have added a ‘Main Sidebar’ to this page in which I wish to add the Woobewoo product filter: https://completemobility.shop/browse/wheelchairs/self-propelled-wheelchairs/
I have created my filter and have added the widget to the ‘Main Sidebar’. I have also selected the ‘Filter’, which in my case is called ‘Wheelchairs’.
Now, the strange thing is, the filter is visible when I go to Appearance >> Customizer and view the page which I’ve added the Main Side Bar to, but it doesn’t show the filter on the front end of the website.
Here are 2 screenshots:
1. Customizer view: https://ibb.co/KzkJCFC
2. Front end view: https://ibb.co/vY6YmRK
I’ve disabled all plugin but WooCommerce and Woobewoo filter but that made no difference.
I’ve also purged all cache on the website but no difference.
The Filter ‘Display on pages’ option is enabled on ‘Shop’.
The ‘Main Filter Options’ are set to: https://ibb.co/NS9TnSV
I am using the Astra theme. Elementor have also been contacted and have logged in to my account on WP, but have not discovered anything.
Very minimal CSS is used, which only affects ‘Product Price’ colour, font, weight etc..
Any help on this would be fantastic. Thank you.
]]>I have a problem when using woobewoo filter on elementor WooCommerce product catlaog , the pagination disappearing after using the filter, so if the results are more than one page , only the first page will show up.

]]>from the concept a really great product filter plugin, from the implementation it has unfortunately various bugs. Sorry, here is another construction site:
The following scenario:
1. I define a filter with several product tags. For example colors:
– red
– green
– blue
– yellow
2. for better illustration, I set at > Buttons > Filter Activations type > autofiltering (the problem also occurs with the default ‘Filtering button’ setting).
3. i click on ‘red’, the following happens in the result:
– the catalog page is reloaded
– the products are correctly filtered
– in the URL appears as a query tag: &product_tag_0=red
– the checkbox of the filter option ‘red’ is checked
4. I click on ‘blue’. In the result the following happens:
– the catalog page is reloaded
– the products are correctly filtered
– in the URL appears as a query tag: &product_tag_0=blue
– the checkbox of the filter option ‘red’ is checked ????
– the checkbox of the filter option ‘blue’ is checked
Ooops. How is the checkbox of the filter option ‘red’ checked after the reload?
This confuses the user. He thinks he has filtered for ‘red’ and/or ‘blue’ and the results are displayed accordingly. The results only correspond to the filter ‘red’ (only) checked.

The wrong display of checked filter options after the reload happens in many different variations. Very often combinations are displayed that contradict the filter result.
Understandably, this does not happen with activated Ajax, because there is no reload.
The use of the CLEAR button is only useful if the user wants to delete his search settings completely. But this is not the case with a more sophisticated filter, where you only want to refine the search based on the previous settings in a second search process.
Unfortunately, the plugin for the Reload variant cannot be used in this way.
Keeping the checked filter options after the reload should actually not be a problem!
Thanks Frank
