problem credits addition + woocredits and subscription

Hello,

I have a problem for a client, it didn’t remove from credits the totality of the order amount.

So a the end the total is wrong.

Also one client cancelled credit card payment through his bank and credits has been given to this client.
How i avoid woocredits to give credits if the payment is cancelled.

I sent you an email on your support as premium account and i didn’t have any mail saying the support was taking care of my questions. Today your website moocredits.com is down and give a weird file instead to display the website.

Please hold a good service for clients.

Woo Credits standard Woo Subscription

Hi,
I try to install the free version of the plugin with only one credit plan. I also install the Woocommerce subscription for my website.
When I create the product for the subscription, I can’t see the woo credits option on the product page.
I see the video WooCredits – Creating Simple Credit Subscription but the option that I see in the video there isn’t in my product page.
This option is only for the premium plugin?

Hello. I have installed on my site the Woo Credits Plugin to offer this gateway to my clients.

If a user is logged in and clicks on the Quick Buy Button thei pay automatically with credits.

I wish he could decide whether to buy with credits or with money.

Is it possible to correct this problem? Thanks so much.

PS: I have placed the shortcode button to the songle product page created with elementor.

Hi I use your plugin on a couple of my sites, its the best. I am working on a new site that integrates Credits into Woocommerce using Woo Credits plugin. I am using the Woo credits premium version, however there is also a free version

Would it be possible to add integration for woo credits into your plugin?

– Offer credits as a reward instead of coupon
– Free daily spin to win
– Extra spins using credit balance
– Login rather than only using Email Address (in order to update credit balance)
