Hi,
The petitions work on desktop but not on mobile. Only the first one to assembly members and senators works on mobile. All the others won’t send. I took off captcha and then saw the fix on line 16 and tried that. Any other tips?

Email is authorised but it still won’t send notifications

I keep getting a banner notifications saying “fix this” as the email address is not authorised, but when I click on “fix this” and get taken to the authorised emails it is showing up.

This has been going on for days now and I have an understandably unhappy client who cannot send notifications.

Can anyone help?

(all updates are done so it is running the current versions)

V3 Recaptcha blocking send on mobile Chrome

Unfortunately I have been having lots of issues with the ReCaptcha on 300+ sites where I use it in conjunction with Caldera Forms.

The latest problem is that the V3 recaptcha won’t let me send a form when using the mobile Chrome browser. It works fine on the desktop version, which makes no sense at all.

If I remove reCaptcha altogether the forms send fine too.

I really don’t want to have to implement a different solution on all 300+ sites for this!

Spinning Arrows Of Death Are Back!

Hi all,

After many months of the form on the attached link working flawlessly I’m now getting lots of reports from customers stating that when they click submit the arrows just spin and nothing happens.

I have tried all the previously suggested solutions to no avail, including switching to default theme and disabling all other plugins.

Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Whenever I hit “Send Your Request” the page refreshes and nothing happens. No email is sent; I’m not even getting an error message. My email address is definitely set as the admin, so I’m not sure what the issue could be. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m using CM Answers Pro for my site. The notification emails it sends were working, but now are not. I assume this is on their end as it happened after an update, but I’m not sure what to tell them, so I need help troubleshooting this.

My server throws the following error:

Number of emails this sends at a time?

I have been using this plugin to send email alerts to approximately 80 users. It has worked fine until today. Internet Host (Inmotion Hosting) tells me they only send 50 emails at a time. They suggested I contact you to determine if this can work with this plugin.
