It Won’t Link plugin

I can only use it for the social sharing links, nothing else because it won’t allow me to link the plugin. Every time I add the URL it refreshes to the Add Site page with my site not listed.

I’ve sent two support messages over a week ago and have not gotten a reply at all.

Why would I pay just to get premium support for something I haven’t been able to even try yet???

It looked promising but the frustration with support right now is killing that vibe.

I’ve never connected WordPress through MAMP. My girlfriend is a developer also, and recently used my laptop to test a wordpress site locally using MAMP. Now, my website wont work. When I attempt to go to my domain https://localhost:8888/taxjacket/ I get the message:

This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect.

I’m not sure what’s happening. When I go to localhost:8888 it gives me a list of the websites created on the laptop, and I can’t access any of the ones that weren’t using MAMP previously. I’ve gone through a few posts and haven’t seen a problem quite like mine.

Just for reference, I’ve already checked localhost:8888/readme.html and got the same message.

One site on server where Akismet will not stay connected

Hi everyone. I look after a server full of WP sites for a client, and I recently bought an unlimited Akismet license for them.

There’s one site where I can’t get Akismet to stay connected. I have Jetpack enabled and there’s no problems with it – when I try to activate Akismet I’ve tried connecting it via Jetpack, and I’ve also tried entering the API key manually. Each time, I get a message that I’ve successfully connected Akismet, but if I navigate away from the page and come back, I have to try connecting it again.

Deactivating and reactivating Akismet doesn’t help. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Mailchimp won't connect; timeout error

Mailchimp for WP won’t connect to our mailchimp account, I get a timeout error message. I have tried changing the key and starting again but no good. If someone attempts to complete the form they get an ‘oops something went wrong’ message. The form did work for a little while then stopped and hasn’t worked since. Have spoken to hosts who don’t think the problem is anything to do with them. Please help

All of my sites wont load! Help!

I own multiple WordPress websites and NONE of them will load for me. However, I know other people can load the sites. For example, one of my sites is:
www.easysites.org
You should be able to open it fine, however, I can’t. I have tried deleting cache and cookies, contacting my web host, trying a different browser and trying on a phone. Nothing works. What I find hard to understand is that ALL of my wordpress sites wont load. I dont think it can be just from a plugin or theme if all of them aren’t loading. Yet, my web host is stumped.

Any help? Much appreciated!
