Thanks in anticipation.

]]>I purchased Wise Chat Pro and I implemented it in many buddypress groups with a custom channel by adding a channel name in his shortcode like this one : channel="Home Meudon"
.
But, in Wise Chat Pro settings the name is not the same, it’s a random name like this one : bp-chat-10-389973
I have many channels (15 right now) so, it’s a bit confused to recognize the channel if I want to delete one particular channel.
]]>I work on a website in a localhost way with WordPress and use the Wise Chat Pro Plugin. I implemented on the right way the chat on a buddypress group with a custom channel.
The problem is when I want to send message from the same user, they don’t add up under each other.
]]>I am using the plugin Wise Chat Pro. I set the chat mode to “Facebook mode”, so users can private chat while they navigate through the webpage.
Now I activated Buddypress groups, and the Buddypress integration on Wise Chat. The chat tab on the group page does not show anything, nor the messages list, nor the input field, nor the users list. However, if I change the mode to “Classic mode”, the chat works perfectly.
Is it possible to have different modes for each chat? For example, to enable the Facebook mode for private messages and classic mode for group or global chats.
Thank you again!
]]>I loved Wise Chat 2.3 so much, I wanted to upgrade to the pro version so my users could have Avatars and such. However, after completely removing and installing 1.3 pro, my 4.6.1 WordPress Site kept giving an “Internal server error” whenever someone tried to use Chat.
I completely removed 1.3 pro, and reinstalled 2.3 & viola, the chat worked again.
I would love any help troubleshooting this.
