Hi All,
am experiencing a problem with my widgets drag and drop feature for some days now, the widgets have become unmovable and i now get a edit link at the top of each widgets.
hoe do i fix this?

Is my website hacked?

I have been getting ‘500 internal server’ errors sometimes when i try login to my admin area or when saving a post,page,widget etc. I re-installed wordpress,deleting everything but a few days later the same problems occur. Could my have been hacked? Below is the error i get.

WordPress Admin area malfuntion

I’m having problems with my WordPress admin area. I cant add or remove widgets,when trying to add a post,the toolbar is not visible. Some of the widgets which are on the website dont show on the widgets list. Below is the error which i’m getting:

Error in Appearance>Widgets

I inherited a WordPress – it’s two versions behind in updating and has had some “custom” coding installed. Upon exploring the administration/dashboard, I checked into the Appearance>Widgets and found an error. I’m assuming some kind of . : ; is missing within the php (php=I’m not very savvy at fixing by hand coding). My question for anyone who knows of such things or may be has seen this error before – –
Can it be fixed, if so how?

Can I do the update (automatically through Godaddy) and not have the whole website be destabilized by this error. We’re two versions behind and the owner would like it updated.

Widgets coming to the bottom of the page

Forwards to old domain

Hi. I’ve never used wordpress before, but this non-profit group I’m helping out had a wordpress site, and they stopped paying for hosting. So they wanted me to transfer the old site over to a new domain. I tried just transferring over the files and going into wp-config.php and changing the database name, user name and password, but when I try to visit the new domain it just forwards over to the old domain. How can I stop this from occuring?

New domain: glean.theccrm.org
Old domain: gleanchautauqua.org

widgets fatal error message

i tried to instal the widgets plug in and everything seemed to be going ok.. i uploaded to the correct directory and all (wp-content/plugins) but when i went to activate i got this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare register_sidebars() (previously declared in /home/worldpub/public_html/blog/wp-includes/widgets.php:13) in /home/worldpub/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/widgets/widgets.php on line 22

i have upgraded to version 2.6 just today but noticed the widgets werent added as standard plugin for me to activate so thats why i needed to upload i tried searching this error message prior to posting this but didnt get any results ao im posting it here in the hope i can get sum assistance..
