In Multisite, can we reference widgets from our home site?

I have our home site at website.com with widgets in the footer. It’s a multisite with subdomains, so we have sites like sub.website.com. (I’m using a generic site name because we have multiple sites where this applies.)

We’d like to use the widgets in the footer on our main site in the footer of our subsites as well, but they don’t carry over. How could we do this?

My solution is to hard code the footer into the footer.php page in the template, but I’d like to keep it editable through the Widgets menu.

I’m aware of Multisite Widgets Context, which seems great, but doesn’t do what I need. I’d have to apply the widgets to all of my sites and have them reference the one on my main site. What I want is to copy the collection of widgets from the home site.

Right now, I say on my home site, which grabs its widgets from this collection and displays them. I would like to use this code on my subsites to get the same results, like
. That code won’t work, but you get the idea.

SIdebar widget content changed position and format

Recently added a new post to a client site as usual, but after publishing, I noticed that all my primary sidebar content on every page is now sitting below the main content in a sort of “list” format, instead of being formatted in the sidebar as it should be. I tried removing widgets one at a time and refreshing after each move, and also tried replacing the wpconfig file, but no luck. I’m using Genesis Lifestyle Pro theme from StudioPress. All themes, plugins are up-to-date.
Any ideas?

Center widget content on Flatsome Theme

Hi there,

I am looking for some help to centre my footer widget content. I have only been able to center the actual text for the – About Us – and – Contact – widget, but not the menu or the titles. I know I must be doing something wrong. My website is www.muditametta.com and it’s the second footer widget area I am trying to change. I want each of these to have the content and titles centered.

adding content to MH magazine lite widget

Your documentation says you don’t need to add any content to a static frontpage if you select the “widgetized homepage template.” OK, fine–but how do you add that content into the widget? Can’t find anything in the documentation about how to place stuff into any of the widgets.

Maybe I am missing something somewhere. Please point me to that. Your theme/template demos look great. Love to use it and maybe upgrade to premium but not if I can’t even make use of the free one.

Widgets that don't change the language

I have installed iThemes Builder Easton. Each page is build with widgets content. Although I can edit the Widget content in both languages, when i select a widget to be displayed on a page, the content is not displayed according to each language. My website is https://ifms.org.ro/home/ is the English version of the page https://ifms.org.ro/acasa/ . For eg, the section VIZIUNEA NOASTRA isn’t displayed as OUR VISION in the English version of the page. Is there any setting to solve this problem?

How to get html content to display inbetween Maskitto widgets on Front page?

I am using the Maskitto-light-red as a demo and download:
https://demo.shufflehound.com/maskitto-light-red/. I have followed the install and Front page set up instructions on the documentation page: https://shufflehound.com/maskitto-light/ Here is my problem specifically:

1) When I work in Page Builder to install the Maskitto widgets, it won’t allow me to add content inbetween them as the Red demo displays. For instance, I want to be able to add something about our upcoming outreach where the “About Us” panel is on the demo and have a button under the excerpt just like the Maskitto-light-red demo has.
2) With the exception of the Maskitto counter widget, I want to mimic pretty much the flow that is on that demo, but with our own existing content. It works well for mobilizing what we already feature for this non-profit outreach. We incubate food pantries and we support a week long outreach into the community (which we also crowdmap) of free help (Kindness days) and food pantry support for communities and individuals in need.
3) Currently, I have the top menu bar working, the slider widget, the services widget, all customized. with the exception of pulling the icons from github. I have referenced them by their name and the URL for them but they don’t display.
4) There is a big space between the Services widget display and the Slogan widget. I have not other code in there.

I currently have the site in maintenance mode. I do not wish to display it at this time to the public. I can post a screen shot or let you in with a temp login.
