Thanks,
]]>after transfer to the main domain, it’s doesn’t work properly. when I hit the subscribe button in the front page footer widget section it doesn’t send welcome mail. all settings are the same there is no difference.
only it shows me the: “Your subscription has been confirmed ”
how can I fix this problem?
Welcome Mail Screenshot:
Expected Mail
If a user is subscribed he receives a welcome mail. In this mail a link to modify your profile. If you use that link and on that page you de-list. (Want to get removed from the list) a confirmation screen appears. on this page is a link to re-list in case you made a mistake. When using that link, you will be relisted but won’t get a new welcome mail. But the link to change your profile in the old welcome is not working anymore.
I suggest to sent a new welcome mail or make sure that the old link will work.

Rene
first of all: what a great plugin! I use it to send newsletters at my project.
Also everything works fine except one thing:
A user registrates to my newsletter via a subscription form. Also he gets his confirmation mail and after clicking on the link inside the mail, he receives the welcome mail (double opt-in).
But if a user registrates a second time via the same subscription form with the same e-mail address, he only receives the comfirmation mail. If he then clicks on the link inside the mail no welcome mail is sent to him.
So my questions are:
Why isn’t the welcome e-mail sent again to him?
If it is not possible to send the welcome e-mail to the user a second time, is it possible to show him somewhere a message like “You already regsitrated to this newsletter”?
I hope you can help me out with that!
Thanks in advance and best regards,
David
Thanks
]]>I have enabled the “Double Opt-in” but I have a problem:
When I subscribe the newsletter, the email with the request for confirmation of activation arrives correctly but the user is already “Signed up” and not in “Not Confermed” status.
The sending test working.
Also, the “Welcome e-mail” is never sent (with or without “Double Opt-In”)
Can you help me?
