Hello,
I was recently updating my plug-ins and theme when all of a sudden I got this message on both the front-end and the back-end of my website. I am not allowed to login to my website dashboard and I am not quite sure how to fix it/what went wrong. Can you please help me? I really appreciate it.

Suddenly some readers cannot access my site

Suddenly yesterday, several of my readers began telling me they could not access my website. Specifically, they were people trying to use links I had posted on the companion facebook group. They were saying, ‘i can’t get it to load” and ‘i can’t get it to open’ and some showed me what they saw instead, such as:”website not available” and “this site can’t be reached”. I asked and many/most/possibly all said they were using androids. Some mentioned using chrome. I’m not thinking its facebook, because i asked a couple of them if they reach my website independently and they said no. I will check with my webhost also, but wonder if anyone here has experienced something similar and has any ideas? This has never happened before. I must fix it / get it fixed and i’m at a loss. Thank you in advance.

and stayed there.

I logged back in and disabled the plugin and now my site is back up.

Any ideas on how and why? Anything I can check so I can
get this plugin activated again.

Dashboard, website and hosting provider's website unaccessible

Hello,

I was uploading a post on my self-hosted wordpress site last night and both the dashboard and the website got unavailable all of a sudden, both showing the error ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED.

My hosting is with bluehost but for some reason I can’t open their website either.

Everythig had been working perfectly just a minute ago, I haven’t done anything different than usual. I am using the nimbus food blog pro theme.

What may be the issue here?

Multiple Issues

We have a number of issues where AI1EC is breaking our site. I need help ASAP as we’re a small non-profit organization without many resources. We’re using the Ai1EC as well as the Front End Submissions.

Website is CivitanCarClub.com

First issue is it’s saying that the token doesn’t match our website. It was working, and now is not.

Second issue, is our site is not loadable indicating it’s out of resources.

Finally, last issue is we’re locked out of the website because ai1ec changed permissions again (this is the third time this has happened and the fixes we’ve used in the past aren’t working now).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we’re heading into our busy season for car shows and need the calendar and web site functional.

Client Can't Log into WordPress Site but I Can

Hello,
I’m helping someone with their WordPress site but having an issue that someone can hopefully help me with. Within the past 3 days, my client hasn’t been able to log into his site but I can still. It is telling him that the website is unavailable but I can still see the site/dashboard/login page. He is also using the same username and password that I am using. I contacted BlueHost but still haven’t heard back from them. Does it sound like his IP is just being blocked or something else that I can fix? Thanks for any possible solutions!

I have managed to get the password wrong to a website I am working on and now the page is just saying “Website not available” can anybody help please.
