Hello, I am using the free version of the eRoom plugin and am wondering if it is possible to add an option to add webinar to Outlook calendar, just like there are options to add one to Google Calendar and iCal.

Is this possible and how can we go about adding it? Would love to know, thank you!

Add customer fields when groups sign up

So this is my first post and it’s really long winded to explain the problem but here goes.
When someone purchases a webinar event ticket as a group (minimum of 3 people) I need to have fields for 3 people, First/Last NAme and email address that has to be entered before the sale can be completed. If 4 or more people want to be in the group I need to be able to have extra fields added dependant on the number in the group.

That group size is entered first and when the user gets to checkout I need all the extra fields visible and marked necessary.

The site used to work, or so I’m told. I’ve been asked to try and get it working but I’m fairly new to this and could do with some helpful suggestions.

Sorry the problem explanation is so convoluted but I’m still trying to get my head around the problem so I can explain it better.

Webinars not showing on WordPress list

Hi! I’ve been trying out eRoom. However, The webinars doesn’t seem to get synced to the wordpress backend when created in zoom? Does the pro version do this?

We just need a solution that syncs the webinars created in zoom to our web page to display them as a list. But eRoom doesn’t seem to automatically sync it over and when manually syncing, it doesnt find the one created at zoom (Or creates a webinar made on the wordpress platform inside zoom.) The plugin is set up correctly, I can perfectly fine sync our users and reports, just not webinars or meetings.

EDIT: Figured out I CAN sync webinars created on the wordpress platform -> zoom, but not the other way around? I also cannot get it to show a registration page for the webinars, only a join page. Does this plugin support these kind of things?

I am using this plugin and so far love the implementation. Great job!

I have one issue, in that the datatables.js implementation for the webinar list does not have any of the responsive code. Would it be possible to either have responsive datatables enabled by default if that shortcode is used, or give an option to turn on responsive datatables? I’m sure I could hack together some CSS to make it work better, but since datatables.js has a responsive view, I think a lot of people would appreciate having that as an option.

Excellent plugin, great for arranging physical as well as virtual events. Although primarily designed for physical events, I have managed to use it successfully for managing and scheduling virtual events such as Webinars. The support team were enormously helpful and supportive of this, and helped me to figure out how to do something that was above and beyond the call of duty. Well done, and looking forward to seeing what you folks do with the next version.
