the plugin stopped working

I had the plugin installed for several months working fine but soon the plugin stopped working.
I had to install WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click instead
I want to go back to the plugin

Save your money, find another solution. Or don’t but the reviews should say it all. I don’t know if they have restructured their company, been bought out by someone else or just flat out are rugging everyone after purchasing their plugins.

Support doesn’t read the issue, doesn’t try to reproduce even when you spoon feed them and issues will go for weeks without response.

This is a sinking ship and it is a shame because I have invested a lot of time and money into this ecosystem.

Be warned proceed with caution.

Terrible Support – impossible to submit to Apple Store

I should say that I have a lifetime deal with this with no restrictions. It is fairly easy to make an app from your website, although there are still bugs in the process. However, I got my app made very quickly. Then I managed to submit it to the Google Play store. So far so good. Then they nightmare started….

I have been trying for months now to get an app accepted to the Apple Store. it is a simple blog site with nothing special about it, but it is impossible to get it submitted. I tried to resolve the issues with the support team, but they take up to 2 weeks to respond to a support request and give dire warnings about submitting multiple tickets so you are absolutely powerless to try and get things progressed. So I paid for their module to submit to Apple store. It did not work. When I contacted support they advised it would only work once the app was already accepted onto the apple store not the first time – it would have been helpful to know that before they took my money! In desperation I paid the for them to submit the app and it was still refused on the same grounds with the same problem. I tried again to get this resolved through support and again it took over a week for them to get back to me. They asked me to arrange an a appointment to chat with them, then they didn’t come on the chat. I am so fed up with this poor service and poor product.

What is the point of having a product that can only be used on Android since it is pretty much impossible to get it accepted in the Apple Store?

Broken plugin

I installed this plugin and the VODI theme. However, none of the videos work. It’s missing thumbnails and when you click the videos nothing happens. Is this because of the Word Press newest version 5.81? This also breaks Regenerate Thumbnails. If so, why are you selling a product that is not working? How can I fix this problem? When do you plan to update your software to the current version so that you have a functional product?

Useless, features don’t work properly

I have purchased the plugin and tried features but it was not working properly. So I contact the support but they directly rejects your request. Or just give you scripted reply.
Somehow I adjusted and try to use the plugin by reducing non-working features. But again when I integrate it with woocommerce, it was generating invoice without product information.
I left that feature also (I hire someone to do it manually), but again after a week form stop working may be because of update. So I update the plugin but still its not working.
I contacted support everytime I face issue but they always give scripted reply. And their best reply was “Its working on our environment, check your side”. Even after providing all details, they are not able to solve any of the issue.
I have all the proof of chats.
Looks like they only created the product and focus on selling it.

After all these finally I decided to review, so that others don’t fall into their false promises.

it is Waste Of Money Product , Should Never Buy Pro
I just purchased pro a 2 years ago now all modules depreciated, need to either use free or need to pay the amount again.
no support for the existing modules. This is either pay or remove the system as they need to make it pay yearly basis for updates.

its better to check others as on same rate or lil more will be getting lifetime updates for atleast the themes or plugin taken

Broke my website, uninstalled it and have to pay extra money to fix it

Last week my website was getting a higher ammount of traffick than usual (4x) after a lot of time without being able to rank properly at Google and Bing, I got a notification asking me to update this plugin. I did it and today I got an error and a notification letting me know it disabled a couple things from my web because it may conflict with it.
Honestly, I was using it just to create my sitemap so I didn’t doubt to uninstall it and now I’m paying a professional to fix the error I received.
So it didn’t just messed with my rank at search engines but also costed me money I wasn’t thinking to spend during the pandemic at the end of the year and after holidays spends were already made…

Waste of time and money

Doesn’t do the job – just not customisable, have wasted my time and money. Impossible to access support. Going to have to find a work around. Do not waste your money.

Do NOT waste your money purchasing the premium version. There’s absolutely NO support. My ticket has been open for weeks and I have yet to get a response. I made a huge mistake not reading the reviews before purchasing the premium version. Money down the drain. I learned a valuable lesson to always check reviews to make sure there’s actually support if you need it before purchasing a premium plugin.

Move along – do NOT buy the premium version. I will modify my review if I actually do get any support, but it seems like support is absolutely non-existent. Which is sad because the plugin does have great potential (if you are lucky enough to get it to properly work for you).

Poor support and doesn’t work

Could not setup this plugin after purchasing and trying to install. I am now on my third day trying to get some help and placed nearly 5 support tickets. Support is unresponsive, incompetent, and unwilling to help. I will be issuing a chargeback for the lack of support don’t waste your time or money on this bullsh*t.
