I am curious as to the features and support of the W3TC pro version. Does it come with more documentation or support? What are the features? I don’t see anything on thier website that details this…

Help excluding pages from caching

This week I installed “Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin” (https://awpcp.com/) on my blog at https://medellinliving.com but have had some trouble excluding certain pages that I don’t want W3 Total Cache to be caching.

The classifieds plugin support told me I should exclude the following pages:

https://medellinliving.com/classifieds/place-ad
https://medellinliving.com/classifieds/edit-ad
https://medellinliving.com/classifieds/payment-thank-you
https://medellinliving.com/classifieds/cancel-payment

I added these under the field in the Genesis W3 Extension area (I’m hosted on Synthesis, and have W3 Total Cache Pro), but I don’t know if I’m entering them correctly. I don’t know what’s considered a “regular expression” as it relates to this. Here’s what I listed:

/classifieds/place-ad
/classifieds/edit-ad
/classifieds/payment-thank-you
/classifieds/cancel-payment

After entering this info, I cleared the cache, but when I click the “Edit Ad” link I still get redirected to the home page, and I can’t figure out why. This seems to happen even when W3 Total Cache is deactivated. My web host does not use .htaccess files.

The weird thing is that I can successfully click “Edit Ad” when I’m logged into WP as an Administrator. The redirection only occurs when I and others click the link as regular “Contributor” level users.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Total Cache Pro Not Working With Valid Licence Key

I have recently moved my website from domain from www.sureglaze.co.uk to https://sureglaze-uk-triple-glazing.co.uk.

The License key in Total Cache shows as valid yet it still won’t work in pro mode and keeps asking me to upgrade again.

I emailed the developers from their website about 3 days ago then received an automated email to say they have received my email and that someone will contact me shortly. I have had no response apart from the automated email.

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but that has not worked either.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

www.w3-edge.com not loading for days

I have been trying to upgrade to W3 Total Cache Pro for days now, but the w3-edge.com site won’t load for me. I’ve asked 2 other people to try to load the site and it won’t load for them either. All of us are in the St. Louis, MO area.

I also ran the site through GMetrix and it showed a load time of 89.72 s as you can see here:
