WP 4.5.1 Ultimate CMS 1.1 Akismet 3.1.10 visual editor blank

I found this wierd conflict after updating WordPress and plugins.
I’m using my own custom template so i don’t know if this error can somehow be caused by it, but:

In WordPress 4.5.0 and 4.5.1
with active Ultimate CMS 1.1. plugin
and active Akismet 3.1.10 plugin
OR active Simple Image Sizes 3.1.0.
(or active both Akismet and Simple Image Sizes)

Visual editor for Posts and Pages go white blank – you can switch to HTML and back to Editor, then content is visible, but you can’t change anything.

When running debbug console in Chrome there is Error:

Visual Editor content window blank

Hi
I am building a site on a local host. The last time I checked a month ago the visual page editor was fine.
Today when I tried to edit the pages, the content of the Visual editing window is blank, (all the tools are there and work) and the Text editing window is still ok with code and if I click to View the site it comes up in IExplorer fine as a month ago.
I installed Hide Title plugin before checking the site, but it is still blank whether this is activated or deactivated.
I have repeated this in Firefox, same problem.
I have refreshed the cache – no change.

Any suggestions?

Visual editor not working

When editing a post or page the html editor displays information but the visual editor appears blank, even when the html displays info. I have already tried deactivating all my plugins (and reactivating one by one) to be sure that is no plugin there which can block that to work. Can anyone help??

I really need help as I do not understand or have the understanding of how things are being explained. Here’s what I have done since I upgraded to 4.2.1 and my visual editor is blank yesterday.

1. Deactivated plugs in-it made no difference
2. Tried the twenty fifteen theme- no difference
3. Tried a different browser (Firefox) – still not working
4. Tried manually downloading wordpress but I don’t understand the steps required.

I’m really un-tekky and don’t understand the lingo. Could someone perhaps recommend a video that could help me? I am feeling very lost in this whole process and really need to get my site working again

I see it’s asking for a link to my site…not even sure what they mean by that other than it’s www.ahundredhearts.com

Visual Editor is blank following 4.2 update

Hello, my visual editor is blank in that it shows no text. My text editor looks normal.

I have done the following things:

1. opened my site in another browser. It made no difference
2. de-activated my plug-ins. It made no difference.
3. switched to another theme. It made no difference.

I’ve seen a few other things suggested but I am not tech savvy at all and I feel I would need more step by step directions to begin fooling around with my files.

Updated to 4.1 now visual editor is dead

Hi, This morning I updated from WP4.01 to 4.1. I also installed some new themes to try out (those themes now deleted). When I came to try and edit an existing post the editor text window was blank although the content was still in existence and the visual editor tools had gone. When I switch to text/html the text was there as normal.

After searching all the advice, I have tried:
Clearing my browsers cache and cookies
reloading WP4.1 and updating all plugins
deactivating all plugins
Using different browsers and different themes.
Have tried the twenty fifteen theme
Have added the Google libraries plugin

Nothing has solved the problem. (I am using windows 7)

Someone is going to tell me to re load WP4.1 manually but is that just clutching at straws? Hope someone can help. Thanks,

Visual Editor is blank

The Visual editor suddenly disappeared, though the Text editor is still there and I can see my text for old posts. When I’m in Visual editor I can see the Add Media button and then a big white square. The site looks ok externally. I have the Adventure Journal Theme. I usually use Chrome. I’ve looked through many previous posts on this issue and have tried all the easy stuff: clearing my cache, trying different browsers, different versions of browsers (though I thought I was onto something when I could see the editor in IE 9, rather than 11, but today it’s blank even in IE 9), disabling all my plug-ins, changing themes, re-installing WordPress, checking for malware (none). I’ve checked with my web hosting service–they can’t help. Can anyone suggest other strategies to clear this up?

Dashboard Not Working Properly/Visual Editor Not Working (Blank)

When I went onto my website this morning to post some more news on it, I went into the dashboard and it did not look normal. It was missing some of it’s ‘style’ or something. It was just all white with it’s basic format still in tact. In case you don’t understand, see the photo below.

I tried refreshing the page multiple times and just trying all sorts of things. I use Google Chrome so I tried my dashboard on IE and Firefox, same result. I then tried my other computer on all 3 browsers, same result. Eventually, on my first computer, the dashboard looked normal again. I have no idea how it started working again. Only one problem still remained, the Visual Editor when creating/editing a post or page was just blank, with no button menu. I was able to type into the HTML Text box and all the other text boxes on the page, but not on the Visual Editor.

I then switched to my other computer again, and played around with the site and my browsers for hours until somehow, the Dashboard format changed back to normal instead of the white messed up version. Even though the Dashboard now looked fine, the Visual Editor still did not work…

I also found it strange how the Related Posts section when you Edit or create a New Post wasn’t loading. It usually loads and tells me what it does. It just keeps loading.

I then contacted the other staff authors on my WordPress site and asked if they had this problem. They told me their dashboard and visual editors were perfectly fine.

Other Info: My website is retrospectrealm.com and I use GoDaddy webhosting.

I do not know what is wrong. Please help. This is urgent.
