Visual Composer can’t save page layout

Hi together,

i have a question to visual composer plugin. I cant find any free forums where i can ask questions. I hope somebody here can help me.

So far I have successfully created and adapted some pages with visual composer.
But now I have the problem that VC somehow doesn’t want to take over the page layout, namely “Fullwidth page”.

When I have set and saved it, I get the standard layout displayed. With sidebar and on the left with the Priview image …

It is also displayed correctly in the preview, just not after saving.

Does anyone know what could be the reason?

I once visualized what I mean specifically with screens.

I would be happy if someone knows the solution. Maybe I’ve only had the problem after updates from the few days, I can’t exactly say. I just noticed it now.

I know this plugin has premium support. Unfortunately, the plugin was not included with my theme. But it worked fine like this for a good year, until now. I just don’t need the full range of the function in premium. But it would be nice if you could at least solve the errors from the for free functions, without buy a year subscription just to remove the issue.

Hi there,

Last week I updated all plugins to the restaurant website I manage, and it has caused VC-code (Visual Composer) to show up. I have then followed several Trouble Shooting guides: I have cleared my browser cache (didn’t see how that would help either), the WordPress cache, deactivated and reinstalled Visual Composer. All to no avail – over an hour of wasted time.

I hope I am not wasting any of you’s time, but I just can’t figure it out. I am indeed not that experienced with WordPress.

Visual Composer Plugin Broke my site

I am trying to find the www.remarpro.com plugin page for visual composer??

This plugin broke my site back and front and I had to hack my site with FTP to get it to work again.

The plugin was installed by a theme and the theme got it from wherever, so I wanted to download from www.remarpro.com

I can find lots of pages for Visual Composer extras but not the plugin itself?

To be honest when a plugin breaks access to WP-Admin I usually put it on my blacklist, now I can’t find it on www.remarpro.com it seems I have the right idea.

I have no problem with things being messed up on the front end but when the back end is wrecked it is surely really bad coding
