I’ve used Google Analytics for 12 years and always thought it was great. I tried Oribi and discovered a new world of actionable insights and direct evidence for website usage. Tracking Visitor Count without enabling Google Search Index

Hi There,

We have a new Help Website for our customers hosted on WordPress.

Currently, we do not want Google to index our website and display it in its search listings. Therefore, we have disabled the Search Indexing on WordPress.

However, we would want to know the number of users (typically our customers) who have hit our website pages. Is this possible?

Hide chat button on mobile devices

Please add option to hide on mobile devices.

Some mobile visitors raised comment in chat about being confused by chat window taking over the screen on the mobile and not being able to go back (because the chat opens up in a new browser window when on mobile, there is no back button).

We understand that a mobile screen is a bit small to have chat within the same window, so it is maybe better to have the option to turn it off.

At the moment this can be done by adding some css like:
.zls-small.handheld {display:none!important;}
but an option would b better

Do we lose any data using GF integration with Hubspot instead of embedded forms?

Since HubSpot does visitor tracking, do we lose any of that data using API integration? I’m curious to understand how GF integration compares with embedded forms. Thanks.

We want to use this plug-in but need more information about what kind of visitor information it gives. I see that is shows a list of visitors in the screenshot. Does it give any more info like what pages they viewed or how long they stayed on the site?
