]]>Since version 1.16, any video upload (drag and drop to the Web Story Media lib, to WS Page, or a Remove Audio) fails.
There’s a console error (same on Chrome and Edge) about ffmpeg-core.js:
Access to fetch at ‘https://wp.stories.google/static/15/js/@ffmpeg/[email protected]/dist/ffmpeg-core.js’ from origin ‘<<<masked>>>’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
This was not a problem before 1.16, it happens on multiple servers (all running the same up-to-date version of WordPress).
And there has been no config change on the server – I’m a little confused.
All other external js files (and other files) are working fine with the CORS policy.
