Customer support is zero they are replying very late.
i am facing issue with video upload, the video processing stuck at 0%
multiple time i tried to upload the video but each time it stuck during processing at 0%

I was looking for a plugin to upload large media files, this is exactly what I was looking for. The pro version also allows you to upload remotely (ftp, google drive , Dropbox and AS3. When I ran into small issues, the support was excellent! Great plugin All of which worked. Support was excellent.

Video upload not working

Hi there, I just realised that after activating RT Media, the video camera upload option on my mobile phone has disappeared. Clicking the add media button no longer opens the option of selecting to choose video camera, only normal camera. Is there something I should do in the settings? I couldn’t see anything, or a function to enable video upload on mobiles?

This is a very solid service for not only hosting assets, but having them dynamically sized what you need.

Video is getting much more important in inbound, so this is definitely a must — a way better to deal with than vimeo.

Video Upload Fails due to CORS

Hi guys,

Since version 1.16, any video upload (drag and drop to the Web Story Media lib, to WS Page, or a Remove Audio) fails.

There’s a console error (same on Chrome and Edge) about ffmpeg-core.js:

Access to fetch at ‘https://wp.stories.google/static/15/js/@ffmpeg/[email protected]/dist/ffmpeg-core.js’ from origin ‘<<>>’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

This was not a problem before 1.16, it happens on multiple servers (all running the same up-to-date version of WordPress).

And there has been no config change on the server – I’m a little confused.

All other external js files (and other files) are working fine with the CORS policy.
