Where should I start looking? The test rotation and output seems to work so why aren’t my videos recorded from my phone encoding correctly?

How i can auto generate video thumbnail from selfhost video in videorev theme .Waiting for reply

I tried manually creating the post and it works.

Am I missing something?

* First and Second Feature sections aren’t loading (we only have 1st on anyway)
* CTA Section isn’t loading
* Features section
* The jetback cookie banner (in footer) won’t let you click it away so I removed it and yet still there.

*Also have an issue with infinite scroll missing from blog.

When the product page first loads it uses a thumbnail of the product feature image followed the Vimeo video thumbnail. I’m hiding the product feature image to remove the weird image overlay effect.

When the product COLOUR attribute chooser is used to clear the colour selection both the video thumbnail images are replaced with the transparent-video-play.png plugin image. When a colour is chosen it reverts the thumbnails to the original loaded page configuration.

I’m not sure what’s triggering the refresh of the thumbnails on COLOUR attribute clearing.

What I’d ideally like is to always use the transparent-video-play.png overlaying the Vimeo video thumbnail.

Any help with what I’m overlooking here would be great.

I have noticed that when using video files in the gallery, the thumbnail does not appear in Safari and Opera browsers (on Mac). Just showing the transparent area where the video should be. Once clicked and in Lighbox, there is no preview, but when click the play icon, the video works fine.

It works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

I tried uploading separate feature images to media, but with no success. Can you check/advice on this?
