I’m using the current version of the Free Shop Isle theme. Everything works great on video section on the computer. On mobile the video section is there, but it doesn’t play the video. It just has a gray screen there. Does the video section not work on mobile? Is there something I should look into to fix this issue? Hardly seems worth having the video section if it doesn’t work on mobile as well.

I am kindly requesting support for the following issue:

I placed a video background in a section on a page. I also set a fallback image for mobile. Instead of a fallback image on mobile the mobile screen is showing up just blank/grey. I have tried hard resetting cache, waiting a few days, disabling plugins, changing my page settings, disabling header, disable all/any background I have etc and could not get it to work.

What can i do to fix this? I’ve built my entire site around elementor. Please help!
