Ocean Wp vertical header bug on mobile menu no option for element repositioning

I am using the OceanWp theme and I opt for a vertical header, but choosing a vertical header I don’t get the option for element repositioning on the mobile menu option, how to fix it?

The problem is for the mobile menu my logo is left side of the header and the menu on the right. I need to get my logo on the right and the menu hamburger icon on the left for the ocean wp mobile menu only please help.

Sub-sub-menu to remain visible in Vertical header

Hi,

I am using the vertical header and would like sub-menus to remain visible when going to the selected page. I have used the CSS here: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/472-display-the-sub-menu-in-current-page-in-the-vertical-header-style, which works fine for the first level of sub-menu. However, it does not work for the second level. Can you help me please?

Remove dropdown function

I have enabled the vertical header and would like to have my menu completely visible there. Without dropdown function. So every menu and submenu item should always be visible. Have also installed the child theme, just do not know where I can hide the function.
Can anyone help?

I have an issue using the filter off canvas together with the vertical header style as the latter is overlapping the filter off canvas.

I’m wondering how to make the filter off canvas wider than the vertical header or in alternative I would kindly ask you how to manage the filter off canvas in order to make it scrolling down from the top

Good evening, thanks for the awesome theme. I have a problem with the vertical mode header. I am creating a onePage site and have inserted several anchors on the menu items page So far so good, the problem arises when you click on a menu item (from desktop), the page scrolls to the anchor but the menu remains open. I have created a Vertical Header using: Customizer/Header/General then chose Vertical in Style box. I then am using a template created in Theme Panel > My Library. Note that there is nothing special about this template other than all is left justified so that it works correctly in the ‘Vertical’ box. All works correctly on desktop but don’t see how to configure for Responsiveness. Currently when I shrink to tablet / phone size the header changes to the default header and the menu icon pulls up ‘undefined’ instead of the menu list. This is my first attempt at a Vertical header. Is there another way in free Elementor / OceanWP?

Hi, am having a right old time of it trying to create a vertical header in a different theme. So much so that I am looking at GP as an alternative. I am looking for not just a vertical menu, but a vertical header that consists of a logo with a vertical menu beneath it, on desktop around 300px wide, or 20% – 25% ish. The content will align to the side of the header. No additional sidebars required.

Here’s an example of what I wish to create: Great example of vertical header / menu here

If anyone can help advise me, that would be great as this has been a show stopper so far. Thanks!

i need some help with the vertical header from OceanWP (the greatest Themes in combination with Elementor!)

Unfortunately, the drop-down menu will not open until you explicitly click on the plus symbol. Can I set it to open when I click on the menu text?

Hi,
I’m working on a very simple theme for a single site, I’m presently trying to move the Header to the left as a simple column with 5 or 6 text links (to pages or categories).

I have been tinkering with no positive results, and I have found no advice on forums for the subject.

I don’t recall whether the index.html I have in my theme folder still has any influence on layout, as it is the only document which contains any form of layout that I really understand (though I’ve built some functioning themes, I am at sub-millennial 3-year-old coding level).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
