Not able to update version 3.6

Trying to update from Version 3.5.9 to version 3.6.

I select ‘update now’ and message then shows “Updated!”. When I refresh the page, the version is still showing 3.5.9 and message is displayed saying “There is a new version of YayMail – WooCommerce Email Customizer available.?View version 3.6 details?or?update now.”

Refund Amount Field “Grayed Out”

After the latest upgrade to 3.6 or 3.6.1 (don’t recall which but I think it was both) I’ve been unable to enter anything into the “Refund amount” field. Please see https://cl.ly/6a4a8c100663

I’ve tried Firefox and Safari browsers and the error exists in both. In the past I was able to process my Stripe refunds here.

I can't edit or create new posts on my site all of a sudden.

Hello,

I haven’t made a post on my site since 2015/12/06 and logged into the Admin of my site (https://www.ozarkmtnpaddlers.org) and found that when I try to create a new post, all I can do is type and save a draft of the Title for a post and am unable to select the body content (Visual or Text) portion of the post.

Any ideas on why this would happen all of a sudden?

I have not made any recent updates or installed any plugins. Thanks!

Visual editor different from original admin and then newly created admins

Hello,
Using the administrator account that as initially set up with the installation I have two rows on the visual editor for posts and pages.

The second line contains things like Paragraph, H1, H2 drop down, underline, accordion, email to name a few.

On the two subsequent administrators I have created they do not see this option. I have tested in multiple browsers – including this same machine and browser.

Am I missing something in the configuration?

No search field in 'manage events' page after 3.6 update?

I updated my version of WordPress a few weeks ago and just noticed that the search/filter functionality is no longer available when you go in to ‘manage events.’ There are 100’s of events in my calendar and using the paginated buttons is counter-productive. Anyone have any suggestions?

Fatal Errors all over the place!

Ever since trying to upgrade my site to version 3.6 (which didnt seem to actually work because it still says I am running 3.5.2 and prompting me to upgrade to 3.6 even though it said the install was successful) I have been seeing this error appearing for several plugins, even for the WordPress blog section on the front page…

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_safe_remote_request() in /home/thepip6/public_html/wp-includes/class-feed.php on line 80

Any ideas?
