Hi Guys,

Shouldn’t I see or have a “Become a Vendor” link in mobile and tablet view? Currently on my site it only shows in PC desktop view. Hence it appears, vendor registration seems to be possible only on PC desktop view.

When I contacted my theme support, they sent me to WCFM plugin support.

Please advise.

Hello Dokan Team,
I am creating a custom registration page with dokan and woo-commerce default form i know dokan already provided the same functionlity that different form for customer and seller but i need to display as tab wise first tab for customer and second vendor i am using short code for display default and vendor registration form in tab now my issue is i just hide the i am vendor button when i switch to tab and enter shop name the shop URL not filling automatically and also it’s not checking that it’s available or not so tell me how can i resolve this issue hope someone give me a quick solution for this as i am near to deadline..

My dokan vendor registration page, or any account registration page for that matter, has disappeared. Is there a fix or the ability to reinstall dokan without losing 3 months of work? Please advise. Thank you.

It is essential for my website functioning to add to the user registration for m the company field. It is a part of WordPress user profile Database that is not added to the WordPress user profile.
I also need the ability to add a “Store” field to a user registration form for vendor role registration form. The website determines the store name as the “User Name” the only thing left is to determine the same name for the vendor profile in WordPress vendor database.

When anyone register as a vendor by default goes to assign subscriber role and admin not received any mail.

Store vendor registration and vendor approval not working

We are supposed to received premium support through WcLovers website. I opened a support ticket for premium support but not received any resolution since 15th of July. The ticket number is #336762. The website is live and in production. We are facing trouble with the problem.

Problem is explained below:

Everything was working fine, until a week back. Not sure what the reason was. We just did some speed optimization and updated WordPress, theme and plugins. Now the Vendor Registration doesn’t seem to be working on our Website.

On signup as vendor, they get a confirmation message on screen, but no mail is sent to the admin and their registration doesn’t show up on the Pending Approval page either for the admin. They end up as subscriber.

Since it doesn’t show up on the pending approval page or on the notifications, there is no way to approve these Vendor Applications.

The website is already in operations and we are facing problems because of this. Please have us a resolution as soon as possible.

A quick response would really be appreciated.`

we want to show all details of store setup widget on registration page . right now when admin approve vendor after that on first login of store vendor Multiple steps of store setup is displayed . we want to show all those steps on registration page. How can we do this Please suggest.?
