Hello,

I want to add the option to the vendor to upload PDF file as the company profile to be shown and downloaded from the vendor page so I followed this tutorial ” https://wedevs.com/blog/108107/how-to-add-extra-field-on-vendor-settings-page ” and changed the input type from “text” to “file” but only file name stored in database and nothing uploaded.

How can I make it upload the file to uploads folder and stored in the metadata?

Remove Product Listing from Store Pages

Hello

We only use the dashboard version of WCFM for vendor management. However, emails do get sent to customers with a link to the “store” linked to their order (we assign a store manually when placing an order via the admin screen(s).

We would like to remove the PRODUCTS tab that is appearing on the seller page (we call them providers). Can’t seem to find where that setting is.

Does anyone know how to remove everything below the Vendor’s Banner and Sub-header sections, including and especially all the products associated with their store. Ideally, the “PRODUCTS” tab is just removed. Thanks.

Vendors can only login on smartphone and on pc it shows a blank white page.

Hi,
I’m using elementor pro custom header. I set up several custom headers and set the conditions to display every header on certain pages. But for Dokan plugin this doesn’t work on “store/some-vendor” pages, it displays another header rather than the one I set up. How to solve this issue?

Vendor Page not showing all products

We have over 65 products added for one of the Vendors, but only 15 are showing and there’s no pagination not found in search either. I have a number of queries on the store vendor page:

2) Why does the categories on the left side not show and reflect correctly.
3) How do I change the design of the product display boxes and content.

Hi,
Thank you for your plugin and the time you passed on.
After 2 days looking for a solution from many same topics, no one of the solutions works for me.
I am running a Buddypress website in which i am trying to use your plugin.
My problem is the vendor owner store doesn’t want to show. Only all products page appear through the new post template.
I have a problem with vendor list page too. No avatar or nothing else appears on te page.
Could you help please?

Vendor Store Page – Products display Error

Hi, how are you?

I don’t know why but products in Vendor Page is diplaying wrong.
Should be 3 images per line in Computer view and 2 in products per line in Mobile.
This issue is displaying 2 products in one line, 1 product in another, so 1 product again and than 2 products again. How can i fix this?

Hi,

I updated all WCFM plugins and noticed my vendor store page is showing my custom header and footer from Elementor that is not set to show here, because this vendor page is not a standard page and should not display conditional logic anyway.

Problem: Products are showing duplicates ? I have cleared all cache and disabled sg cache & other plugins but no change.

My site is under construction, so if you want access I can provide it privately.

Please help ?
