I have several products in our store which have a couple of variations. The Images are uploaded with a resolution of 1000×1000. At the product page the images shown are blurry. It seems, that the images is taken from the thumbnail 100×100 and scaled up to 452×452.
I did not find the solution. Tried the force regenerate thumbnails option, image optimizer.
I tried to change the theme, switched off some woo related plugins… no change at all. :/
Is there any way to force woocommerce to scale down the original image or use a larger thumbnail rather than use the 100×100 images and upscale this?
Thank you very much for sharing your ideas!
Marc
]]>Congrats on this great plugin.
I’m using it on a client’s website (Storefront theme) and found a bug in variable products.
When selecting one variation for the first time the total price displayed does not considers the field quantity, only displays the default price without currency symbol. When clicking again on the variation it “refreshes” and now shows the correct amount.
And if then one selects another variation, on the first click it shows the total price of the previous variation selected but taking in consideration the quantity of the new variation selected. When clicking again on the variation it then “refreshes” and show the correct amount.
Would love you help on solving this so I can fully use the plugin and recommend it in the future, besides that I thinks it’s great.
Thanks in advance.

]]>I’d like to achieve the following on my product page but it seems that there’s a glitch preventing this: When the visitor arrives on the product page, there’s a default price and size variation already showing. When they choose a different size, the price changes and shows up automatically, without them having to click on “Choose an option”.
Here’s how it looks at the moment, with only default size determined in the Product options:

If I also set the price default, it shows the visitor only that one size and price combination, which is really weird, so it seems to not work as it should.
I tried a bazillion things to solve this with the help of Chat GPT without any luck. Here are some of the things I did to troubleshoot:
I wonder if it’s not a glitch and wether it’s just me not setting up things properly. Or maybe Woocommerce simply doesn’t offer what I’m trying to achieve?
Any ideas why this is happening?
I’d really appreciate some help!
Thank you!
]]>Is there any way to set up a different variations that has different prices and weight? In our website we set up a different scale and size of the model. For example the Size or Scale is 1:100 the price is 219.5 the weight is 4.5 based on our shipping rates. But we have 6 different scale that has different prices and weight. Is there any possible where I can set up the variations so that I don’t do it manually added per product? What I’m doing now is edit the product set up the variable attributes then click the generate variations and add the prices and weight manually based on the scale I created on the attributes. It’s time consuming because we have 4,000 products now in our website.
Hope you can help me this one.
Thank you!
I am creating a product with variations on colors (ex. Standard Colors and Custom Colors)
then another variation for each Standard Colors and Custom Colors.
For example: A user clicks on variation Standard Colors, then a new variation should appear below the Standard Colors.
Standard Colors
– Standard Color A1
– Standard Color A2
– Standard Color A3
Same goes for Custom Colors. I can’t seem to achieve that. Please guide me to the right direction.
Here is a screenshot illustrating my desired outcome.
