Small issue and harder one with woocommerce

I Probably an ajax issue somewhere. I don’t know where, I looked and the only place I found it, it is “No” for ajax. on woocommerce… I have a product that is on a subscription. both things are on this product. first the small issue. The subscription has it worded like this on one of the subscription pages: “$99.00 / month with 1 year free trial and a $997.00 sign-up fee”

Where can I find to change one word on that statement to this:
“$99.00 / month AFTER 1 year free trial and a $997.00 sign-up fee”

Just that one word. I’m sure the $99.00 / month and the time after the word ‘with’ are dynamic, but the with, I think is hardcoded somewhere and I cannot find where, to change it to “after”.

That is the small issue.

The other issue is that if someone goes to the cart page after adding a product to the cart that has a coupon to it, and puts the coupon in, the content of the cart just vanishes.
(leaving only the word: Cart; and also the footer.) I have to reload the cart and it is all back with the coupon applied. If I remove the coupon from the cart, it again vanishes leaving the same stuff (Cart + Footer).

It does not do that if the coupon is added from the checkout page. Only the cart page.

anyone have this happen before and know what could be causing it? As I stated at the outset, I’m sure it is a ajax issue… but I don’t know how to fix it myself.

Can someone tell me what they did to fix it? What file it was found in and a work around I can see, that I can do myself?

Vanishing product attributes after saving product

For some days now, we have the problem, that after saving a product, the product attributes are vanishing.
After saving product attributes for a product directly, all is fine (the menu at the bottom of the product, where you can add product attributes). We can reload the page and they are still there. But after saving the product itself (save/update button on the top right), they vanish.

We could see, that the attribute itself is saved in the “terms” table of the database. This ID then occurs in “terms_relationship” table for the product. After saving the whole product, the entries disappear in that table.

Tested on different browsers.
There is enough space on the server.
We deactivated all plugins.
MySQL error log shows no error.
Error log php no problems visible.

Vanishing Elements When Moving An Image

Hello,

When I use the ”Media Library Folders” Plugin and move an image to a folder the:
-the cart icon
-checkout progress bar
-Woocommerce product sorting & product count
all disappear, and to make them visible again I have to go to the Customizer of my theme and on-off them.

This is a major issue because it’s happening all the time.

I tried deactivating all the plugins except Woo commerce and ”Media Library Folders” but the issue still persists.

Here’s a peculiar thing. I have a main website (as above, before the fwdslash) and a related site in a sub-directory (as above) running a separate installation of WP. All WPs up-to-date, all themes and plugins up-to-date. But … when I enable PHP 7.0 for the main site, the homepage of the sub-site more or less disappears, leaving the menus and sidebar intact. The sub-site homepage is almost identical to the main site homepage, same slider, same boxes of related links etc etc. I realise how obscure this is, but if anyone has suddenly acquired a lightbulb above their head, let me know – it will be much appreciated. Sorry I can’t run the Juniors page broken, but it’s a live site, so I’ve run it back to PHP 5.6 …

Not all episodes appearing in podcast apps

I’m trying to help our library launch a podcast series about, well, the library by having a burst of 28 5-minute podcasts appear in sequence over about a 24-hour period. They started posting on schedule yesterday and are continuing today.

Unfortunately, I can only see the last 4-5 podcasts at any given moment in Stitcher and Apple Podcasts. I’m not sure what’s happening — I can scroll back great distances when I look at All Episodes for other multi-episode podcasts.

It’s not a matter of the app not having scraped the most recent episodes… it’s the older ones that are vanishing.

All the episodes are in the FEED, but the apps are truncating the list.

There’s a problem with the headers. In the editor the headers are fine, but when published the headers essentially disappear and sort of merge into the text. Somethings wrong here.

Links Not Being Saved

I add a link through the link icon and everything looks sweet. Until I save the page or update the page ten the link vanishes. How do I correct this flaw. ?

Images on the website load and disappear after 1-2 seconds

Hello, I can’t find the solution for my problem. It appears on my website: proxgliwice.pl. When I’m browsing the site on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) images are loading, appearing and then about 1-2 seconds after the page load, all images disappear. Instead I can see mini icons showing that the image should be there. If I click on this icon, the image opens full screen and looks like it should. I also had one information from a friend who noticed the same situation also on laptop…

I checked if the problem is related to:
– Plugins (I’ve switched off, on, reinstalled)
– Galleries (I used many of them, changed them)
– Theme (developer ThinkUpThemes checked and told me it must be some kind of a problem with server or wordpress)
– Server (hosting company checked and confirmed it’s not related to server)
…and still I cannot find the solution. Seems it has something to do with Worpress itself.

The only forum posts about similar problem I found was 3-5 years ago. The conclusion was that new WordPress (it was ver. 3 then) solves the problem. But I have ver. 4.2.4. Does anyone know how to handle this?

Entry in the schedule disappears

Hi and let me thank you for a fantastic plugin.
I’m actually working on a radio program guide and this is perfect!

One glitch thats popped up.

I filled out my first full day of schedule. But the last entry for the 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM timeslot will not appear. I fill out all the appropriate information and click save and it appears for a half second on the schedule grid.. but then vanishes.

I seem to be able to create a 11:00 – 11:30pm entry… so my assumption is it has something to do with the 12 AM time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

New posts vanish on WP MU

Hello–

I am new here and have poked through the threads, but have not found a situation quite like mine. My programming skill is thin; please forgive my basic questions.

Here is the problem:

New posts started deleting themselves today, one day after my site was restored to correct damage I inflicted.

The troubles began when I tried to install some new plugins. I placed them in the wrong content folder — the MU content folder. This nuked all my other plugins, partially breaking the site.

(Plugin error messages: “deactivated…headers are missing.” I tried hitting “activate,” which made the plugins vanish.)

I deleted the new plugins from the MU content folder. But my other plugins did not reappear.

So my web host restored the site from a day earlier. The restored fix did not stick for very long, however. Within a few minutes my regular plugins were gone once again, along with thumbnails, calendar and other features.

A second restore seemed to bring things back to normal for about 18 hours. Users posted new entries…and then those entries disappeared.

When I tried to open these posts from their subject lines under “edit posts,” I got an error message saying there was no post, “or maybe it was deleted?”

Any ideas about where to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated… thanks very much.
