There is an issue with the email field validation. Even when the field is filled, it still shows the message “Email should not be blank.” This needs to be fixed so that the message only appears when the field is actually empty.

After one second of trying, It reports “Error authorizing. Page is refreshing for another attempt.”

It will try again with the same results. The weird thing is – we paid for annual, about 3 months ago, and it worked fine until just recently. Following the sign up email to the letter to (re)-validate just keeps iterating the same behavior. Same Key, Email… etc.

Not sure why ours won’t validate as usual now.
