Is there flexibility in setting up page image display?

Uploading multiple images on a page dedicated to image displays seems to just post image thumbnails in a cluster.

Can a WP page be set up to display USP submitted images in a more flexible arrangement, like different/positions, or slideshow, etc?

I can do that with normal image insertions from the back end in a typical blog — there is great flexibility for setting up galleries.

Is any of this flexibility possible for a USP submitted image?

Hello,

The website has a page where anyone can submit a post without logging in and then the post is reviewed by admin and published or rejected. To implement this functionality I used this plugin: [link to cracked plugin removed by moderator]
As I upgraded to WordPress 5.7 the problem is that WordPress removes all the formatting from the submitted content and all content is shown in a single line.

for example, if anyone submits this( https://ibb.co/KqLbvtV ) content from the front end of the site, then this is converted in the block editor to this ( https://ibb.co/9qgW09s ).
When I click the classic block it changes as- https://ibb.co/8D3GLZJ

After the upgrade, all old posts are also converted to a classic block in the block editor but their formatting is still preserved ( https://ibb.co/89mf7Vq).
This issue is happening with the new post submission from the front end.

Please help.

Hi I took the time to solve this problem because I never give up, plugin permission configuration was a problem, my platform works on its own rules, when your plugin was introduced to my platform there was a permission conflict, I made the permission configuration for your plugin and now it works fine.
By the way, my case is not alone.

author saved in content of post

Hey there,

I use the USP form with three fields: Title, Category and Content (RTE). The Author is replaced by the registered username, but it is also somehow placed before the content and saved as text. So, the author is saved twice, once in the correct place (i.e. as actual Author of the post) and once as text in the content of the Post.

I use Bold Photography theme.

Hope you can tell me whether I am doing something wrong and how to change it.

USP is not accessible

After checking the “Enable Choice TCF v2.0” option, i get the above error in the web console.
If the option is unchecked i get the older version of CMP.

Hi Iulia. Your plugin seems to be so powerful and useful for my site!
I’m creating a foodblog site where registered users can publish posts through a form (USP containing ACF custom fields). They will add many different sizes and ratios of featured images, while I set that every layout in the site should use 800 x 600 pxl images, so ratio 4:3. Also I need that original images will be deleted, or, much better, stored in another folder that I can periodically (every day?) backup and delete to clean the server space. So:

1) when a user adds a 4:3 image (no matter the sizes), your plugin first resizes the image (800×600), then optimize quality (maybe 70) and stores the original image in a specific folder or (better) well recognizable in the media details, so that I will do myself in bulk deleting?:

2) when a user adds a NON- 4:3 image (e.g. 3:2, 2:1) no matter the sizes, your plugin first resizes the image with the height ratio fixed (3), crops at 800×600 in the center, then optimizes the image (maybe at 70 quality) and stores the original image in a specific folder or well recognizable in the media details, so that I will do myself in bulk deleting?:

3) as users add a custom post type (recipes) through a form, is it possible to let users crop themselves the image while filling the form?;

4) users will add also 2-3 other images as a ACF gallery: will they be able to crop those images too? How?

You know, I have to automatize everything as much as I can, if all will go well, I will have so many images to manage and I can’t do it manually and have to avoid to fill my server after a few days from starting the site, and it seems that in your plugin there are so many options that all this is possible, please advice me how to set it at its best to reach my goals.
