So let me try my best to explain.I would like to build a blog and recipe site for my husband who in an executive chef. With my writing ability and his talent in the kitchen, I think it is possible to supplement some income online. I cannot possibly begin from scratch and design my own theme.. NO WAY!! LMAO So I want to buy a theme from Theme Forest for example. BUT.. I was told by support that I cannot use wordpress.com but only on www.remarpro.com can themes be installed. still following my poor explanations? YAY…ok so.. here is where I am confused. Can I use .org for hosting, install a theme I buy and still use my own domain name? I am in way over my head but with some help from others, I hope I can do this!! Thanks everyone!! ]]>
There are widgets, but the widgets don’t seem to cover all the offered options. A template designer wouldn’t expect me to turn on the options through coding, would they?
I’ve been following a 2.7 Lynda tutorial where they went to certain buttons, but those choices don’t seem to exist now. I’ve searched the codex, but all that information is also old.

Some of my clients want to put a copyright notice in the footer with their name,etc. It is ok?
What about my clients documents- photos, text, etc? I hope these are not considered under the GPL license, because these are property of my clients.
If I use the default theme there is necessary a footer link to the author of the theme?
