I have been asked to update a www.remarpro.com site, however, the owner doesn’t remember his username or password. I have looked all over WordPress and can’t seem to find how he can have them reset. How can he do this easily?

Cannot retrieve my username

I feel lame, but I cannot retrieve my username. It’s been a while since we entered our last blog entry and we have, apparently, forgotten our username &/or password and do not know how to proceed to retrieve it. I tried to get the system to reset my password, and it said that I would be receiving an email at the email address in my account, which must be a different email address than anyone I regularly use. Our blog was setup by a third party, who no longer is working for us, and the email address used for admin purposes may have been their email address. When I tried to type in my email address, it, apparently, is not recognized by the system.

The bottom line is I cannot retrieve my password and am not sure I even have the correct username. What can I do? My blog address is: https://merrymauiweddings.com/blog/. Please, please, someone, help!
