It is good as far as you DO NOT PAY for a PRO version. Their support really suck. I am not able to renew membership which expires every year. There is no option for a user to renew it, not even a short code for making payment. Asked for support its been 10 days now and still no reply. Making changes in plugin to forms and membership is TOO SLOW. I will never recommend it to anyone unless someone wants just few basic things.

The problem is that when a registered user clicks in forget password button and enters his email address, the URL he gets in the email to reset his password takes him to the Login page instead of a page where he can actually reset his password.

i have a problem ,i am using users ultra plugin to manage users registration ,i have set it up to only accept users with admin approved ,but for some reason i keep getting emails from WP of them getting approved without me accepting them.

how can i stop these users from getting access.

I can’t configure the link for the “Registration” Button on a login the page.
When I click on, it send me to “wp-login.php?action=register”.

I use the plugin user ultra, I add an other field “phone” and I check my plugin in the list of plugins in the configuration of the plugin “SMS verification / Mobile Verification” but no sms sent!

What I need is when a some one register with user ultra, an sms sent to his number entered by form witch contain a code for the validation of his account, when the code is entered, the account is activate and he can login.

Is that possible?

Undo Redirect settings, locked myself out of WP-Admin

Hi,

What’s wrong:
I can’t log in to wp-admin despite the credentials are correct. I still have FTP access but cannot access wp-admin or the UU dashboard to revert the settings.

What I did:
Went to UU Dashboard / Settings, scrolled down until “Redirect Settings” and checked Redirect Backend Login and Redirect Backend Registrations options.

As I cant log in to wp-admin now, which file and line of code should I edit through FTP?

Plugin Not working well on custom fields and Mobile site version

The plugin on a non-paid member ship seems good, but isn’t working well on a custom filed.. When I integrate the login short code on a Mobile press version of my blog it shows only [user-ultra], even when I try using the < ? Php do short code Tag it doesn’t work.

I noticed that when I place it on pages with the do short code tag it doesn’t work but if I place it without the do_code tag it works to some extent , I wanted to subscribe to the pro version but the non-paid version is so worse .

That I had to remove the plugin, had been using the plugin for over 3 weeks wishing that the would correct that mistake with the massive update it gets. The most annoying of it all is that its been updated 4 times in a week an yet it don’t get a patch to that leak.

when you check my site on Pc, the login widget appears, and the profile user area shown but when you go through mobile press I doesn’t, for instance sitename.com/?mobile when you try to visit the log on section it shows [userultra-login] when you visit profile it shows [userultra-proile] isntead of the nomal login and profile option which it readily displays on PC view and wdget area without a shot code….. And sadly enough I get 62% of my visitors through mobile view and I need user to login/ register to participate in forum section , I love the ui(user interfaace) and its promises a better user experience if that manace is treated.
