Questions about User Control

Just want to make sure I understand :
1) User Post allows an invited individual to post there own images using a unique login?

2) Using the plug-in I can design a templet for the pages?

3) is there a limitation on the number pages

4) can the user log in and upload new content to this page any time? or do they need to create a user login for each upload?

I am trying to get this thing working with image upload and here is what happens:

1. I enter in the fields…
2. I add an image that is the correct width and height.
3. I click submit.

Result: I get this error message:
“Error: The file(s) could not be uploaded”
And the fields I typed in still have their content, except the main post entry area. It’s now blank.

Then, I get an email notification that a new post has been submitted, but this post DOES NOT EXIST. It is not listed in “All Posts”. The upload failure has stopped it from posting, yet not stopped the email.

Please advise.
This test is performed with a registered user that has Contributor role.

Let users create new posts and add content to old posts

I want users to be able to create new posts and allow them to add content to older posts through a front-end form. User registration should not be needed, but I do want the option to change this later on if needed.

Is this a standard function of WP, or are there plugins that could handle this?

I am very keen to know that, is there any way of automatically published multi user post after one is approved by admin. Is there any way to email confirmation link of post submission by user himself. If it is then it would be the best. By submitting post he/she should have not to be waited for the admin approval. He or She could have been approved by checking his mail. Please suggest Idea and as i am a newbee i need to know where should i make it my site.

I need to enable our club members to create posts and upload images. I have tried a couple of plugins but all seem to be far more complex than I need. Am I reinventing the wheel? Could I enable my post page so that any authorised user can post and upload? I don’t want to recreate facebook, just enable a club forum. How are others doing this?
