Member directory will not display profile data

I have been using Ultimate Member since 2017, and we have recently launched a new website. I was surprised to find that I had to rebuild all of the UM forms etc, but I’ve done that and have meticulously checked that everything is identical to what it was on the old site. The only thing that is different about the new site is that it has a custom theme using the Gutenberg block editor. But the problem I have been struggling with for several weeks is that the member profile will not display in the directory. I have verified that the member database has been imported and we have data in all the fields. The member directory lists all the members, but when I try to edit a member’s record only the profile photo field is shown and nothing else. If I try to edit a record I get a message to say that the member has not entered any data. This is demonstrably untrue. I am actually a paying user as we have bought one of the extensions, the Mailchimp one, but I find that the official technical support is very unhelpful. They take several days to answer a question, and have not provided any solutions at all.

Is there any possible way to export the user directory, I am using the filters too so, it should be exported as per the filters. Will any code help to export? If yes, kindly provide me the code or help me how can I make the code work, as per the need!

User directory needs auto scroll top

Hello what a great plugin!

We wish the user dir and individual group page to get a scroll top while on mobile because when you click on next page 2, 3 , the page load rotator starts but then if you got a sidebar widgets, on mobile it shifts you to the bottom to the sidebar.

Membership Dashboard Stopped Showing

I had a membership directory showing up on this page, it was working fine, showing for both logged in and logged out users (as I wanted).

However, I just went on it today and I can no longer see it. I haven’t directly changed anything related to the plugin, that I know of. And not really changed much else.
I’ve tried deactivating all plugins but not had much luck there

could there something affecting the plugin?

Only email displays

I am using this in conjunction with the WPO365 premium plugin. That plugin pulls Azure information into the WP users directory. I have it set such that the following should display for all users besides email:
– jobTitle
– businessPhones
– officeLocation

However, none of it is shown, even if there is data in the user profile in question.

Debug of the plugin and the site itself has yielded nothing suspicious. It’s simply not pulling in these fields, even though they are shown in the list. I have written to WPO365’s author to make sure I am using the right ones.

I really like this plugin other than that, but I will not keep it active for emails alone. This needs to be fixed.

User directory listing shows more users than actually there (Duplicates)

Hi,

Users directory function shows 12 more users than the actual users. On listing we find duplicates being shown.
We did a sync from Maintenance in the admin – Users Ulta plugin and it did sync and is showing actual user count but a directory listing still fetches duplicate users. Please help!

I essentially need to make a user directory, but programmatically, not a plugin as I’m making a ton of customizations.

I need each user to be an individual post/page/custom post type with it’s own permalink. Is there any predefined way to show a user in the front end with it’s own permalink, or do I have to make the same number of posts as there are users, and load each user to the corresponding post?

Members Only Section Options

I have searched and scanned, but not been able to find quite the right answer for this. I need to create a section on a wordpress site for members to log-in and have access to a directory of files. I do not want them to be able to create their own UN and PW. They would be issued by the company. For instance:
I build the site for a daycare. I give the director of the daycare access to the site. They log-in and upload a couple of PDFs or Word files to a specific area for Parents only. These files go to a specific page- NOT the media section.
When they get a new child, the parent is issued a UN and PW. The parent is able to log-in and gain access only to this page and download said files.
This would have to be seamless and easy for the director and the parent, because they are not web-savvy.

Can anyone help me out?
